Consultancy Services for Supervision and Quality Control for the Work of Construction of New Terminal Building and Miscellaneous Works at Rajahmundry Airport.

Amount

Deployment of following manpower at site by consultant during the execution of the EPC work for assisting AAI in supervision, quality control for a duration as mentioned at para 6.1 of Special Conditions of Contract and providing services as detailed in tender document:

Construction Engineer (Project Director) Graduate in Civil Engineering 10 years’ experience or Post Graduate with 05 years’ experience. Experience of more than 10/05 years in handling construction project of Airport Terminal Building, Port Terminal, Five Star Hotel, Malls, Commercial Complex, Corporate Office, Metro Terminal, Indoor Stadium, Institutional Building, Hospital or any infrastructure project out of which at least 5 years in a senior position responsible for completion of major projects of the size comparable to the proposed projects, involving not only civil works but also various electrical, HVAC, mechanical and other services such as sub-station, Fire Fighting, Fire Detection and Alarm System, CCTV, IT Services, Public Announcement System etc. as part of composite work. Age limit 58 years.

Senior Engineer cum Structure Engineer (Civil) Graduate in Civil Engineering with 05 year experience or Post Graduate in Structure Engineering with 03 years’ experience. Experience of more than 05/03 years in handling construction project of Airport Terminal Building, Port Terminal, Five Star Hotel, Malls, Commercial Complex, Corporate Office, Metro Terminal, Indoor Stadium, Institutional Building, Hospital or any infrastructure project out of which at least 3 years in a senior position responsible for completion of major projects of the size comparable to the proposed projects, involving not only civil works but also various electrical, HVAC, mechanical and other services such as sub-station, Fire Fighting, Fire Detection and Alarm System, CCTV, IT Services, Public Announcement System etc. as part of composite work. Age limit 55 years.

Construction Site Engineer- Civil Graduate in Civil Engineering with 05 year experience or Post Graduate in Civil Engineering with 3 years’ experience. Experience of more than 05/03 years of professional experience in projects Airport Terminal Building, Port Terminal, Five Star Hotel, Malls, Commercial Complex, Corporate Office, Metro Terminal, Indoor Stadium, Institutional Building, Hospital or any infrastructure project. Age limit – 45 years

Quality Assurance and Quality Control (Civil) Diploma in Civil engineering with 05 years’ experience or Graduate in Civil with 03 years of experience in quality control & laboratory testing Experience of more than 05/03 years in quality control and quality assurance of project construction. Age limit 50 years.

Architect Graduate Architect with 2 years’ experience. Experience of more than 2 years of experience in projects Airport Terminal Building, Port Terminal, Five Star Hotel, Malls, Commercial Complex, Corporate Office, Metro Terminal, Indoor Stadium, Institutional Building, Hospital or any infrastructure project. He should have handled at least 1 project in similar capacity. Age limit – 55 years

Construction Site Engineer - (MEP Works)-Electrical Graduate in Electrical Engineering with 3 years’ experience or Post Graduate in Electrical Engineering with 01 years of experience in relevant field. Age limit – 45 years

Construction Site Engineer - (MEP Works)-Mechanical Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years’ experience or Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 01 years of experience in relevant field. Age limit – 45 years
