COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOL AT AF STATION BAREILLY UNDER GE (AF) BAREILLY

M&L for periodical maintenance of Swimming Pool of size 50 M x 25 M with variable depth between 1.5 to 2.5 mtr (avg depth 1.5 mtr) plus Diving Pool of size 16 M x 16 M x 5 M and existing Balancing tank having total water capacity 33,00,000 ltrs (approx) and walls. The maintenance shall be carried out during term break or any other dates given by the User / MES. Repair / Periodical maintenance of Swimming Pool comprises with the following works services:- a) De-watering of water from Swimming Pool including balancing chamber of Swimming Pool by installing pump at swimming pool. b) Cleaning of Swimming pool and baby pool bed, vertical walls complete (tiled surfaces) manually by using brushes, descaling of the wall and floors complete with descaling solution or manually means and including cleaning of with chemicals and other cleaning agents without damaging the existing tiles and removing all scraped material and deposited at a distance not less than 100 mtr from the site and finally washing total surfaces with fresh water and make ready for filling up with water. Note :- (a) After carry out of maintenance, water shall be re-filled and to be made ready for swimming. Cleaning material shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (b) The periodical maintenance / cleaning of Swimming Pool will be inspected and approved by Engineer-in-Charge to the entire satisfaction.

M&L for visit of Swimming Pool expert twice in a month and will maintain all the water paramters for Swimming Pool. Chemicals required for treatment will be measured and paid under relavants of schedule as supply only and water test report will be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge as directed and specified. Note : Any chemical required which is not cover in contract contactor will be provide the same.

M&L for opening burnt out Mono block centrifugal pump set horizontal type after disconnecting all electric / water supply connections of any type / model of capacity 7.5 HP and cutting the unserviceable copper winding and re-winding the same with copper wire of existing gauge / size and insulation complete including replacement of all nut bolts & stainless steel impeller of existing size including testing after installation the pump set all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for suction sweeper comprising of a non clog self priming centrifugal pump directly coupled with flexible tire type coupling to 415 / 440 Volt 3 phase, 50 Hz, 3 HP motor of complete with DOL starter. The pump set along with electrical accessories including 4 core PVC insulated copper conductor cable of suitable size of 30 meters length and 3 pin industrial plug, PVC hose pipe of 50 mm bore (nominal dia) and 30 meter length along with PVC floats and 900 mm wide suction head with four numbers wheel, spring loaded brush with towing nylon rope of 50 mtr length etc all mounted on wheeled rubber tired type trolley with commercial Swimming Pool Suction Head complete all as as specified and directed. M&L for cleaning after taking out all three type filter media from Filteration Plants, vertical type, floor mounted, self supporting pressure filter (totally anti corrosive) and washout the filter media and than refilling complete including two coats of existing paint on inner and outer side complete,(a) diameter of filter 2000 mm made out of fiber glass shell with thickness having total water capacity approx 30,00,000 ltrs) Flow rate 125 m³/ Hr (Each), (b) Vessel dia-2000mm, (c) Filtration velocity 40m³/hr/m², (d) Working pressure 2.5 Kg/Cm² suitable for 8 hrs turn over period with all suitable for Olympic size swimming & diving pool complete.

S&F for top up the Filter Media sand gravel-grave 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm for max pressure 2.5 Kg /Sqm complete all as specified.

S&F for top up the Filter Media sand gravel-grave 0.40 mm to 0.80 mm for max pressure 2.5 Kg /Sqm complete all as specified.

S&F in repair standard underwater light 300 watt 12 volt, Niche in Polypropylene and glass fiber with 10 mtr length copper cable of 6 Sqmm three core submersible copper cable and in ABS rim including water proofing jointing connection and tested all as specified.

S&F for XLPE armoured cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade, heavy duty served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armored with galvanized steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed nominal cross section stranded conductor including clamps and pipe of required size and lenght and other required material for fixing on wall, cable tray or passing through pipe etc including taking out existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified.

All as per item No 9.00 above but cable of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core.
