Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling with powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system Everest E-Grid T-2430 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200 mm c/c) consisting of Main Runner (3600 mm long, 0.25 mm thick, 38mm height) Cross Tee (1200mm/600mm long, 0.25 mm thick, 27 mm height) and Wall Angle (3000 mm long, 0.4 mm thick, 22 mm height). The Wall Angle shall be fixed on PVC Dash Fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300 mm c/c. The Main Runners to be placed @ 1200mm, The Cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre-cut slots of Main Runner at a regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200mm x 600mm. Additional Cross Tees of 600 mm shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200 mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Grid of module size 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 6 mm dia G.I. wire from purlins/soffit. 4 mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured Everest Non Asbestos Fibre Cement Designer Ceiling Board or equivalent quality having Density>1200 Kg/m3, size 595mm x 595mm, confirming IS 14862 & Type B Category III of ISO 8336, tested as per AS-1530 part 3 & BS-476 Part 4,5,6,7&8, should be placed in the Grid module to form a False Ceiling.complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanting timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in secion in any position in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 2nd class HW in scantling fixed clean swan in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing) complete and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) light shade, polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 above but in skirting over 10mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 450 x 300 mm x 6 to 7mm thick, in skirting /dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as backing coat coat of dado/skirting etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with epoxy filler to match over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
