2.5cm thick A.S. flooring with C.C. (1:2:4) including punning using 12mm to 20mm guage h.g. chips. (Per Sqm.) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall surface with acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Priming 1 Coat with any approved Primer with cost of all materials, taxes, labour. T&P etc. complete

Wall painting two coats with distemper of approved shade to give an even shade including cost of materials as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing to the exposed surface of wall with weather coat of any approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade including cost of weather coat all cost of labours and T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer over iron work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of Electrical items as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
