Making of masonry plinth of size (2000 x 2000 x 1200)mm including earth work, sand filling, PCC 1:4:8, PCC 1:2:4, brick work, plastering, white washing etc. as reqd.

Supplying of 500KVA, 6.6/0.415KV transformer stand of size (1.50 x 1.20) mtr. fabricated out of (150 x 75)mm. ISMC (226.32kg.) & (75 x 40)mm. ISMC (55.76kg.) including painting with two or more coats of aluminium paint as reqd. (Total Weight = 282.08kg.)

Fencing of switchyard of size (10 x 10) mtr. with 1.8 m angle iron posts 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm placed every 3 metres center to center, 9 horizontal lines and 2 diagonals interwoven with horizontal G.I. barbed wires (9.38 kg / 100 mtr.) including excavation, M15 grade cement concrete as per clause 808 & painting with two or more coats of aluminium paint as reqd.

Supplying of MS Gate of size (1.8 x 1.0) mtr. fabricated out of (100x50x6)mm. MS Channel (34.42kg.), (25x25x3)mm. MS Angle (9.68kg.), (25x6)mm. MS Flat (9.06kg.) with (16x40)mm. MS Nuts, Bolts, Washers, Hinges, Locking arrangement etc. (0.50kg.) including providing & laying in position with PCC 1:2:4 as per the direction of Engg in-charge. (Total Weight = 53.16kg.)

Supplying & stacking at work site coarse clean sand with all lead and royalty all complete.

Supplying and stacking at work site hard granite or equivalent as approved by EIC, hand broken stone metal 63mm to 45mm size i.e. IRC GR-II of approved quality including screening & stacking along road side equidistantly and uniformly including royalty, octroi and all other taxes complete with all leads and lifts (A deduction of 7.5% is to be made on account of voids in stone metal. Measurement of material is to be taken just before laying starts and payment shall be made only after laying of the material).

Spreading moorum / sand / stone dust etc. in layers not exceeding 150mm in thickness, levelling to required gradient and camber, watering and consolidation of each layer with vibratory roller (Payment to be made for compacted volume of moorum / sand).

Earthing with G.I. earth plate of size (600 x 600 x 6)mm. and G.I. pipe of size (100mm. dia. x 3.6 mtr. length) including accessories with charcoal or coke & salt (excluding masonry work) as reqd.

Making of masonry earthing chamber of size (800 x 800 x 1000)mm including earth work, sand filling, PCC 1:4:8, brick work, Pre-cast RCC cover, Reinforcement, plastering, white washing etc. as reqd.

Supplying & erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3-wire, 11KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9KV (RMS) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, wahers etc. as reqd.

Supplying & making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 70 sq. mm. , 3-core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as reqd.

Supplying & making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 70 sq. mm. , 3-core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as reqd.

Supplying and making outdoor end termination with cast resin compound including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials for 4 x 50 sq. mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as reqd.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 x 50 sq. mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as reqd.
