Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge HSR 5.23.2 Normal concrete 1:2:4

Dismantling tile works in floor and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 m lead HSR 5.43.1

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead HSR 5.45

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand (zone iii) 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size HSR 6.1.1

10 mm thick plaster 1:3 HSR 11.4.2

Providing and laying of flat brick or tile flooring with brick of class designation of 7.5 laid dry over a bed of 6 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:6 grouted with cement sand mortar 1:4 and top surface to be left clean after wire brushing. HSR 10.35.2

Earth work in excavation by mechanical mean (Hydraulic excavator)mean over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth,1.5m in width as well as10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50m HSR 4.12.1

Providing and laying rectified glazed ceramic floor tile of size 300mm x 300mm or more thickness( specified by manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface Water thinable cement primer HSR 11.67.1

Painting to coats excluding primary coat with syntactic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plasters or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. HSR 11.7811.67.1

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade.HSR 11.78

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, with ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work(hard and soft wood) HSR11.68.1

Applying primer coat. With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacturer on steel galvanized iron/steel works.HSR11.68.3

Cast in situ cement concrete M20 kerb. Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm repectively,250 mm high in M20 grade PCC or M10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually,all complete as per clause no. 408 using concrete mixer HSR 34.1.1
