Servicing, cleaning and setting of all electric components inculding cleaning of all contacts of relay power contactor coil etc inculding checking of electrical circuit and replacement of worn out wiring with suitable size copper wire and replacement of defective parts such as relay, timer, power contactor, Ammeter/ Voltmeter etc testing complete all as specified and directed. (Replacement of accessories such as relay, timer, power contactor, meters shall be measusred and paid seperately.

Dismantling of water pump assembly for Gen set upto 30 KVA, reparing the same including replacement of water body repair kit, water seal and worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc and refixing & testing complete all as specified and etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6mm connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth strip connected to test point and protected by galvanized iron light grade 50mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded stone aggregate and RCC cover in 1:1.5:3 (by volume) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out 'B' check to 82.5 KVA generator set as per existing make once in a period three months by authorized / OEM including replacement of Engine oil, oil filter fuel filter "O" ring, tappet valve adjustment replacing the tappet gasket water leakage rectification and testing commissioning recommended by EIC for smooth running, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) Engine oil, fuel filter and oil filter shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Dismantling of existing defective Alternator any capacity ( 62.5 KVA) any make from the foundation, disconnecting the electric connection, coupling pulley, and taking out to work shop cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper windings, cleaning of slots and rewinding with super enamelled solid copper conductor ( winding wire) complete including varnishing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing and fixing in the same position, making necessary electric connection and testing of Alternator complete all as specified. Note :- Transportation shall be included in quoted rate (2) Labour and T&P shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost.

Supply and fix in replacement single phasing preventor (VMR) complete all as specified.

M&L for painting of Canopy/body of 62.5 KVA/82.5 KVA DG set by removing of old paint make the surface smooth for repainting, painting of trolly by two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
