Servicing, Repairing and Maintenance of existing HT 11 KV,400/630/800 Amps rating VCBs (Make : Crompton Greaves/ Areva ‘Alstom’/ Schneider/ Seimens/ ITE/Andrew Yule) by removing from housing, overhauling the mechanical parts and periodic maintenance servicing of 11KV indoor/ outdoor VCBs, checking of quality of vacuum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, testing ( IR value, Ratio Test, Polarity) and connection checking of 11 KV Current Transformer ( Set of Three) by primary injection kit ,testing and calibration of relay ( Set of, Two Over Current and One Earth Fault Relays) by secondary injection kit including,all other functional tests of the VCB panels including for CTs, PTs, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The work shall be carried out by agencies approved by State/Central electricity board necessary test certificate should be furnished by the agencies and to be kept on record. (ii) Spare Parts for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this BOQ here in after.

(iii) Spare Parts for replacement such as gasket, spindle etc. and topping up of transformer oil and dehydration & filteration of transformer oil will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this BOQ here in after.

Taking down carefully defective transformer of 100 to 160 KVA 11000/433 indoor/outdoor and from foundation base including draining out old transformer oil complete carefully and keeping the same in a cleaned container in safe custody for re use after repair works of transformer and transportation from site to workshop at Tezpur for repair and back to site after repair, connecting HT, LT as well as Earthing Lead to existing system, testing and commisioning all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:- (i) The work shall be carried out through Authorised & Qualified agencies as approved by the Engineer in Charge. (ii) Super enameled /paper coated copper wire/strip for rewinding of defective HV/LV coils will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this BOQ. (iii) Testing(s) shall be done through State Electrical Licencing Board's valid electrical licence holder for the appropriate class/category of the work as approved by the Engineer in Charge. (iv) Spare Parts for replacement, topping up of transformer oil and dehydration & filteration of transformer oil will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this BOQ here in after.

Cutting of tree branch of girth exc. 20 cm but n.exc. 30 cm for clearing obstruction upto 3.00 metres from HT overhead lines throughout the route including cleaning away grass, vegetation saplings, shrubs, brush wood, around poles and stay assembly and including removing rubbish up to a distance of 50 meters out side the periphery of the area under clearance, complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to battery charger with automatic float/boost change over suitable for charging of 110 Volts Battery Bank comprising of 55 Nos of 2 Volts,120 AH VRLA Type Batteries by removing from existing position,dismanteling of parts,periodic maintenance servicing of battery charger, replacement of DC battery card, FCBC system,contactors,relays etc. including replacement of all internal wirings and control wirings as per OEM's specifications,re-fixing in original position,testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Servicing / Greasing of HT Switch air break ( GOD) 33 KV, TP horizontaly operated with replacement of Corroded nut Bolts, Male Female contact blade, ACSR Jumpers, making alignment of operating Mechanism for Proper ON / OFF operation of GOD and male contact including complete greasing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Servicing / Greasing of HT Switch air break ( GOD) 11 KV, TP Vertical / horizontal operated with replacement of Corroded nut Bolts, Male Female contact blade, ACSR Jumpers, making alignment of operating Mechanism for Proper ON / OFF operation of GOD and male contact including complete greasing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors, line seperator, service feeder or distribution span from the existing LT&HT over head lines etc. complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling & taking down cross arms or MS channel or angle section etc from the existing LT ,HT Line & Transformer etc and setting aside for reuse or remove complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling & taking down insulators any type and size from the existing LT & HT line complete all as specified and directed

Materials and Labour for cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red-oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for drawing aluminium conductor,steel reinforced of any description including fixing of copper binding wire or aluminium tapes and including jointing, provision of jumpers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix,pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade,complete all as specified and directed.

Detecting carefully the fault location of HT UG cable of any size either HT cable fault locator machine or any other method and taking out the / remove the faulty portion of cable from undergound /duct including relaying with old cable cover, meggering / connecting / testing after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge. Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Stright throught joint for HT cable shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item of this schedule. (iii) Actual detected fault shall be paid under this item, Dummy located trail will not allowed or measured.

Excavation in trenches,not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation etc or for shafts wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.
