SPECIAL REPAIRS TO INTERNAL ROADS AT PANGODE MILITARY STN TRIVANDRUM

M&L for repair to potholes any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer with paving bitumen at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller complete all as specified and as directed be the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing black top road surfaces and applying one coat of 2mm thick retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint including glass beads for longer durability complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone/block masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforcement) as in ground floors or paving not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width made of PCC 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate and setting in CM 1:4. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. 8 above, but except precast cement concrete blocks.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs/ tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and remove the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C1, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling /cushioning under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 14 above, but except interlocking paver block.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops etc., rounded or chamfered etc complete all as specified and as directed.
