SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION)

B&R SERVICES: Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for glazed ceramic coloured/printed tiles of size(350x250)/(450x350) x 6 to 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados over and including 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1: 4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm thick vitrified ceramic tiles light shade coloured (Square or rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on wall over one coat of cement primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices and pilasters etc and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls, external fins, fascia, vertical and horizontal surface of roof projection, chajja etc; including brooming down, and applying two coats of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint (Smooth classic) over a coat of primer on old plastered surfaces with nesessary scafolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall, fins, fascia, vertical and horizontal surface of roof projection, chajja and applying two coats of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint (Smooth classic) over a coat of primer ,including nesessary scafolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, nipples, sockets, tees, unions, short pieces etc. and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing 20 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, nipples, sockets, tees, unions, short pieces etc. and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment such as tarfelt with tiles and cement /lime mortar and screed bed from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50 m and n. exc. 100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only).

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of WPC as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane and WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item ).

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645-1975, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane comprising with the following courses of treatment/ specification from bottom to top complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.25 ltrs/ sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (Note :- Bituminuous primer shall be "TANK MASTIC" manufactured by "EMUFALTE" manufactured by M/s Texsa India Ltd./STP) (b) Over the priming coat 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3.50Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric weight not less than 160 gms/sqm. Membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based polymeric membrane shall be done thermo fused by flame torch all as per the method of manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm shall be given at the end and sides of the membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (c) Applying two coats of aluminium paint over APP membrane @ 100 gms /sqm. Make of APP membrane:-Dr Fixit manufactured by M/S Pidilite Industries/ MOPLY FP 3MM manufactured by M/S Texsa India Limited/ Hyperplus by IWL India Ltd.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) as in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium frame for partition, doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays, hinges , suitable handle complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anodized aluminium push pull type partly paneled and partly glazed door shutter having top rail of section 85.00mmx44.45mmx2.00mm, bottom rail of section 85.00mmx44.45mmx2.00mm thick, door verticals of section 44.45mmx44.45mmx2.00mm thick and lock rail of section 85.00mmx44.45mmx2.00mm thick with aluminium anodized chowkats of section 63.50mmx33.10mmx2.50mm thick including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap beading, screws, handle and brass mortice lock 4 lever etc. fitted with 12mm thick pre laminated particle board, interior grade pre laminated with decorative face laminations both sides on bottom panel complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC insulation panels 10mm with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of aluminium/ GI/ MS as per specification and manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5.5mm thick tinted sheet glass, ordinary quality in square/ rectangular exceeding 0.50sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laoratory with plugs, washers and wastes, including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mmx460mm bowl size 410mmx330mmx160mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair overhead shower 125mm dia round shape single flow (ABS body chrome plated with gray face plate) with rubit cleaning system complete all as specified and directed. Make :ESSCO model EOS-542A or equivalent model of make Parryware/ CERA/ Hindware/ Prayag.

S&F in repairs bib taps 15 mm dia cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butter fly handles screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in precast cover slab etc., set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti static conductive flooring, 2mm thick colour conductive ESD tiles as per EN 649, one coat of conductive undercoat, copper net with conductive adhesive, 2mm thick epoxy screed and primer after surface preparation by cleaning surface from dust, roughening of concrete surface, dirt, muck, moisture and all foreign material and cleaned by mechanically using mechanical scrubber/grinder, chemical treatment for cleaning of oil, grease if required. Any patch of area needs to be repairing shall be repaired with instant concrete repair compound consisting of specially developed EPU resin and hardener and application as per manufacturer's instructions. Make: POLAM/FORBO/FOSROC /Cipy or equivalent make as approved by AGE(I). Note :(i)Work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of the manufacturer under manufacturer's supervision. (ii) Testing of all the anti static conductive flooring items shall be done as per IS/ASTM before incorporation of materials in the work.

Surface excavation not exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kerbs, coping, benching on top of drain and like including necessary moulds and form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone massonry work built in cement mortar as in wall including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F interlocking aluminium power coated snap grid consists of main Tee runners of size 38mm x 25mm x 1.00 mm spaced 1200mm centre to centre and cross Tee of size 25mm x 25mm x1.00mm, 1200 long spaced between the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200mm x 600mm and provide a secondary cross Tee 25mm x 25mm x 1.4mm (of length 600mm) to be interlocked of the centre of 1200mm x 600mm panel to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm and wall angle 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm . Aluminium alloy extruded section shall be aluminium anodized ( minimum 15 micron) and shall conform to IS 733, IS 1285 and IS 737, and providing and fixing with Hangers of 4mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long size of grid 600 x 600mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Asbestos fibre cement building boards 4 mm thick fixed or laid in aluminium frame work with screws as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, complete all as directed.

Materials and labour for concealed point wiring with 1.50 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, drawn through and including PVC conduit 20 mm dia(medium grade) complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ceiling, including factory made sunk type mild steel terminal boxes 1.25 mm thick (wall thickness) conforming to IS-5133 (Part-I) suitable for mounting modular cover , base plate with modular switches/ sockets/regulator etc., 1.50 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, green in colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for One light point/ One fan point/bell point controlled by one switch including cutting chases for concealed conduit pinning in making good to facing and disturbed surfaces using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer automatic operated single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 150 V to 290 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +/-2.5% and suitable for 1.5 Ton AC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal single pole enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 3 core HR FR PVC insulated cable of 2.5 sqmm 1.1 KV grade in stove enameled steel conduit including bend, tee and other accessories of 25 mm dia on ceiling/wall/floor through galvanized steel clamp/ saddles and stainless steel screw/rowl plug for fire alarm system complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation for design condition 22 ± 2 degree celcius and RH 50 ± 5 % of variable refrigerant flow / variable refrigerant volume (VRF/ VRV) modular type Air conditioning sysyem suitable for cooling and heating by both multiple scroll crompresser controlled by individual inverter complete with indoor and outdoor unit with individual wired and wired remote controller for indoor units and centralized controller, interconnecting refrigerant piping, full charge of refrigerant gas & oil, internal control cabin and fitting and outdoor unit connecting kit etc as per details given inspecifications and having following items.
