Dismantling and opening of parts for servicing of water cooled DG set of following capacity coupled with alternator, Maintenance and servicing mechanically and electrically, including cleaning, oiling /greasing, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts,ie diesel filter /oil filter /Air filter /fan belt /fuel pipe/ engine oil pipe /Engine Oil etc as required at site as per manufacturer's instructions and checking of valves & nozzles etc, reassembling the parts of DG set at position ensuring proper alignment connecting to existing system and making DG set perfectly operational and testing at site connected load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. (including mentioned in Srl No. 1(a) & (b) here in below) Notes:-(i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch as `supply only ‘ but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, `O’ rings, screws/gaskets/ packing /studs etc.(ii) Engine oil shall be drained out carefully, collected by the contractor in his own suitable containers and stored properly for checking serviceability including cleaning of oil sump by pouring kerosene oil all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (iii) Fresh engine oil for DG sets shall be supplied by the contractor as “ Topping up and supply only” and shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch . Supply only element Oil filter with gasket suitable for following capacity of DG set dismantled/fixed under Sch tem No 1.00 here in above complete all as specified and directed. (a) 25 KVA TO 125 KVA 3 Phase 50 HZ Make:Kirloskar

(b) 250 KVA 3 Phase 50 HZ Make:Kirloskar

Supply only Air cleaner element primary and safety for following capacity of DG set dismantled/fixed under Sch item No 1.00 here in above complete all as specified and directed. (a) 25 KVA TO 125 KVA 3 Phase 50 HZ Make:Kirloskar

(b) 250 KVA 3 Phase 50 HZ Make:Kirloskar

Dismantling and taking out the radiator fitted in following capacity of DG sets and strip opening complete radiator assembly,for servicing mechanically and proper cleaning of tubes with using de-scaling solution, including repair of water tubes and top/ bottom tanks by soldering / gas welding of leakage of tubes/tanks.including replacement of gasket, nut bolts,etc ensuring perfectly leak proof after servicing of radiator, re-assembling and fixing the same in position and testing the system complete all as specified and directed . Notes :- (i) Repairs/servicing/re-assembling and testing of radiator shall be carried out through a authorised representative of manufacturer.(ii) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item ’ as `supply only ‘ but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets/ packing etc.(iii) The quoted rates of contractor are deemed to be included cost of transportation to and fro authorized service centre. Supply only the following items/spare parts suitable for raditor of DG set for following capacity dismantled/fixed under sl item No 5.0 here in above complete all as specified and directed.Note :-(i) Fixing element of these items is included under the rates quoted by the contractor for Schedule item No 1.0 here in above.(ii) Contractor shall have no claim on account of variation of quantities of any item or non execution of any item. (a) Radiator hose set with clamp complete for 25 KVA to 125 KVA 3 phase 50 Hz DG Set

(b) Radiator hose set with clamp complete for 250 KVA 3 phase 50 Hz DG Set

(c )Water pump kit set complete consisting of impeller,shaft, seal, bearings,lock and gasket etc for 25 KVA to125 KVA 3 phase 50 Hz DG set

(d) Water pump kit set complete consisting of impeller,shaft, seal, bearings,lock and gasket etc for 250KVA 3 phase 50 Hz DG set

(e) Supply and topping up concentrated coolent suitable for radiator of DG set any capacity drained out / filling under`item No 5.00 here in above complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing, commissioning of AMF Controller and draw, connect suitable copper control wires on existing system all as specified and directed before quoting the rate of controller contractor should visit the site for now the controller make and model. Make of DG Set Crompton.

Supply and install power contactor 4 pole Type MCX 33 of frame size 3 to 4 and AC-1 Rating 200 Amps 2 No + 2 NC and required control wiring and connected relays all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : L&T/ Schneider/ABB.

Supply and fix in replacement of change over switch 200 Amp 415V four pole in sheet enclosure with side handle operation, off load change over complete all as specified and as directed.Make : Indoasian or equivalent of L&T, control and switch gear.

Supply and fix test instalation of automatic voltage regulator suitable for 25KVA Air colled DG Set Make Kirloskar

Supply and fixing in replacement of Battery charger unit 12 volt 06 amp for AMF Panels, complete all as specefied and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 415 volt under volt relay (3P-3W) for AMF Panels,complete all as specefied and as directed.

Opening,checking,adjusting and tightning of tappet cover complete by torque wrench by applying proper pressure of tappet cover gas kit of the 25 KVA DG Set to-125 KVA DG Set capacity

M&L replacement of battery lead set of two,suitable for 180AH capacity 1.5mtr long incuding GM Terminals one end, copper lugs other end complete all as specefied and as directed.

S&F oil sump gasket set suitable for 25 to 100kva DG Set complete all as specefied and as directed.

S & F in replacement of water safety switch of any capacity DG Set ,complete all as specefied and as directed.

M&L for reconditionig of battery 12 volt 80AH to 250 AH and improve specific gravity minimum 1280 (g/cm³) of each cell including using electrolyte with transportation of bty from site to civil workshop and back fixing on existing position, testing of serviceability complete all as specefied and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of oil safety switch of 25-100KVA DG set, complete all as specefied and as directed

M & L in replacement of Belt for fan fuel pump,water pump and oil pump complete set suitable for DG Set 25 to 250 KVA

M & L for repair in repair replacement of Fuel filter header complete with required accessories for 250 KVA DG set all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for repair in repair replacement of Fuel filter header complete with required accessories for125 KVA DG set all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for repair in repair replacement of Fuel filter header complete with required accessories for 40-100 KVA DG set all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for repair in replacement of broken Door hinges as per exsiting model of 25 KVA DG set to 250 KVA DG Set

M & L for repair in replacement of LLOP for DG Set 125 KVA to 250 KVA complete with required accessories for replacement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for repair in replacement of LLOP for DG Set 40 KVA to 100 KVA complete with required accessories for replacement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of Front Facia of DG set
