Periodical maintenance including cleaning of PV module, checking of AC DB, DC DB, Main switch, On/Off-grid inverter and Solar panel of On/Off -grid Solar power plant 120KW installed at SFNA-P-290 and assuring of desired wattage of each module and rated power output including trimming of tree branches/falling shades including taking energy readings from On/Off-grid solar inverter 3 time a day i,e at 9AM, 12PM and 4 PM including readings of power achieved to be taken and submitted to MES authority as per format provided and all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Notes for Serial Item No 1 to 22: (a) The rates are inclusive of all minor repair like tightening of screws, washers, jointing of loose DC Cables, DC Coupling, replacement of PV Modules interconnecting DC Cables of any size up to 10M, replacement of fuses and rectification of all minor fault. (b) The rate inclusive of tools & plants, washing materials (the water charges will be recovered from the contractor as per Terms & Condition) etc.

Attending any electrical complaints and rectified the complaints including minor repair required at site with replacement of DC Cables of any size, fuses of various capacity, contactor etc. will be carried at site without any additional cost complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply & replacement of SMF Battery 12W 150AH including taking down old batteries and deposited into MES Store yard all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply & Laying in replacement XLPE insulated galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power Underground cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100V grade of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete including taking out the old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Sl Item No 25, but aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Non comprehensive annual maintenance coverage of the AMR meters installed at Naval Base Kochi with Elmeasure As per PS Clause 6,6.1,6.2,6.3 & 6.4 on Sl Page No 102 & 103 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preventive Maintenance/Cleaning of Power house/Substation inside and outside area, removing of creepers rise along with substation including surface dressing around the substation premises, Removing trees from roof of substation building, remove all dust/dirt, spider web etc from substation building. Removing rubbish from the premises of substation building and cleaning the area and removing the all waste material from site to dumping yard all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: - (i) Tools & Plant will be arranged by contractor (ii) Details Power house/Substation as given in PS Clause 12 on Sl page No 105

Material & Labour for uprooting grass and cutting of small plants in the sub-station premises all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for wall mounted Glow sign Board of size 5 feet x 4 feet x 8 inch size made out of PGI sheet (1 mm thick) on angle iron (25 x 6 mm) structure, detachable front cover with Perspex sheet white in colour of 3mm thick, binded with angle aluminum, writing / pasting the ‘matter/subject’ given by the Engineer in charge with self adhesive synthetic vinyl sticker blue in colour, including fixing inside 02 nos LED light fittings 1x24 watts patty type with one tube complete with all accessories prewired and all internal wiring and main connection with single core stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm size-10 RM including fixing arrangements complete including dismantling of all perished unserviceable board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix PVC insulated copper conductor 3 core 1.5 sqmm cable including PVC conduit of size 25mm on wall complete, including taking down of old one complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for removing of creepers raised along with LT panels/feeder pillar box etc surface dressing around the LT panels not less than 1.5 metre in radius and removing the all waste material from site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for testing of earth pit resistance, checking the connectivity of the panel / equipment along with the earth measuring instrument and all the accessories complete and submitting the earth values all as specified and directed

Material and labour for spreading buffalo grass near the substation premises as mentioned in item No-28 above complete for obstructing/stopping normal grass to growth all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
