Appendix I-Cleaning Manappuram

Removing night soil with sewage water from the septic tank, disposing of the same in a tanker having minimum capacity of 4000 Litres, at approved treatment plant available from the local authorities as and when required during the course of the festival, from the temple premises including charges for loading and unloading etc.

Supplying bleaching powder as per the direction of departmental officers

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.All kinds of soil

Extra labour charges for removing scraps, cleaning path way to upper sreekovil, parking ground near to pilgrim shelter : man coolie

Extra labour charges (man coolie) for fixing wooden pegs for Balithara

Extra labour engaged for carrying mahakanikka vanchy from camp shed to east side of temple and digging pit and placing vanchi into the pit and carrying vanchi return into the camp shed building: Man coolie

Labour charges for cleaning the thanthrimadam and upper sreekovil compound etc complete : man coolie

Appendix II-chappathu at west side pathway

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge.Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix ( including equivalent design mix)
