Checking and tightening of jumpers

Replacing/Fixing of Damaged Jumpers including all material-( only conductor will be supplied by the department.)

Replacement of damaged disc insulators by way of Supply, installation of insulator string For 220kV Transmission Line

Tension string (comprises of 15 No 120KN Discs) any number of Disc per string

Suspension string (comprising of 15 no 70KN Discs)any number of Disc per string

Replacement of damaged disc insulators by way of Supply, installation of insulator string For 132kV Transmission Line

Tension string (comprises of 11 No 90KN Discs)any number of Disc per string

Suspension string (comprising of 10 no 70KN Discs)any number of Disc per string

Repairing of power conductor when lowering of conductor is necessary. Complete job including laying of conductor, making of compression joint, if any, rough sagging tensioning of conductor and supply,Fixing of all hardware items (complete Job), only conductor will be supplied by the department.

Stringing and saging of ACSR zebra conductor including saiging, tensioning,Fixing of all hardware items (complete Job)only conductor will be supplied by the department.

Stringing and saging of ACSR Panther conductor including saiging, tensioning,Fixing of all hardware items c(complete Job) only conductor will be supplied by the department.

Tightening of nuts and bolts of tower superstructures replacement of missing ones.( Nuts & Bolts with washers will be supplied by the department

a) Tower weight more than 4 tonnes to 7.5 tonnes

b) Tower weight more than 7.5 tonnes

Checking / tightening of tower footing earthing bolts and measuring tower footing resistance.

Branch cutting: In a corridor width of 30 meter for 220KV

Branch cutting: In a corridor width of 26 meter for 132KV

felling of trees in the vicinity of corridor of the line

Fixing of missing tower members to various tower structures with nuts, bolts and washers including sorting, fabrication viz cutting and drilling as per drawings and requirement at site along with carraige (mechanical & Manual) The unfabricated galvanised material along with nuts, bolts and washers shall be provided by the Department.

Replace of burnt/damaged jumpers and tightning of remaning jumpers on the same tower

Repairing of earthwire when lowering of earthwire is necessary (complete job) including compression joint if required. Laying of earthwire, tensioning, dead end assembly etc. tension to tension point.

Reparing damaged conductor by using halikal sleve or Bolted or by shorting methode with out lowering. the conductor including all material only conductor will be supplied by the department.

Fitting of repair slevees comperssion type for over ACSR conductor

Handling of material in Divisional Stores eg. Conductor, tower material including sorting, carriage , loading and unloading for issue to various sites including dragging, loading and unloading

Backfilling /Overburdening Of Towers

Loading of ERS at Divisional stores,Unloading of ERS at site,Errection of ERS (Emergency Restoration System) at site,Dismentalling of ERS at site,Laoding of ERS at site,Unloading of ERS including staking of items of ERS in respective containers at divisional stores
