Annual Comprehensive maintenance of the following Carrier make screw type chillers & associate equipments, electrical control panels complete with replacement/repair of defective parts such as electrical components parts, compressor, Gas charging, blower motor, fan motor, condenser motor, changing/replacement of filter and small parts as and when required as per scope of work attached. (a) 108 TR capacity screw type chilling machines (Carrier make) complete with all accessories- 02 Nos. For 12 Month

Operation of Carrier make screw type chillers and complete air conditioning system at Animal House, JNU New Delhi round the clock (i.e. 24 hours a day) including all Sundays and holidays for the following equipments and accessories on monthly basis during summer/ monsoon and winter as per terms and conditions attached. A. Operation and maintenance of the following during the summer & monsoon season. (i) 108 TR capacity screw type chilling machines (Carrier make) complete with all accessories-02 Nos. (ii) 910 LPM 20 m head chilled water pump-02 Nos. (iii) Main electric panel in Mechanical room-01 No. (iv) Essential supply panel in AC plant room (v) Microprocessor panels for screw type chilling machine-02 Nos. (vi) Air handling floor mounted complete in all respect including electric panel etc.- 03 Nos. (vii) Floor mounted double skin fan section unit complete in all respect including control (cabinet type)- 03 Nos. B. Operation and comprehensive maintenance of the following during winter (i) Air handling floor mounted complete in all respect including electric panel etc.- 03 Nos. (ii) Elect. Strip heaters 3 x3 x2 - 01 set 3 x3 x1 - 01 set 3 x3 x 2 - 01 set (iii) Pan humidifier - 03 sets

(a) 17 TR capacity ceiling mounted ductable package Unit consisting 01 indoor unit and 02 Nos. of 8.5 TR capacity outdoor unit each (Carrier make) complete with all accessories- 01 Nos. For 12 Month

Supply,Installation, Testing & Commissioning of following sizes Hepa Filter of 10 Micron Non- Woven Media Backed by Nialon one side dully stitched & plated epoxy in frame complete as required.
