Provision of Special Repair to Water proofing Treatment, Damaged Glass Beading and Seminar Hall at Building No. VP-5 DG (NSnM) Office at NSTL, Visakhapatnam

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm.

Demolishing mud phaska in terracing and disposal of material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and applying non-shrink cementitious grouting, including: Drilling holes of suitable diameters up to the depth of 75-100 mm at 350 mm center-to-center in staggered manner, or as per site requirement, cleaning the grouting hole, fixing PVC nozzles into the holes with epoxy putty, injection of cement slurry admixed with non-shrinkable grout admixture Cebex 100 or equivalent in the proportion specified by the manufacturer, until full saturation of nozzles, cutting the grout nipples above surface, finishing with epoxy putty or ready-to-use Polymer modified mortar, carrying out all related works without any damage to the existing installations etc. complete as per site requirement.

Providing and applying separation layer of Polyester based Geofabric membrane over sand bed substrate, loosely laid with about 100mm wide overlaps, all complete including, material, labour, tools-tackles,etc. as directed by Engineer In charge.

Providing & applying Proofex ORG 1.5mm thick TPO/FPA (Thermoplastic Polyolefin Flexible Polypropylene Alloy) reinforced membrane produced by extrusion of granules resulting from the incorporation of ethylene propylene rubber into a polypropylene matrix together with other additives as appropriate to the type of membrane. The membrane shall have two different colours for top & bottom, it is coloured grey on top and black on the underside for identify any damages that may occur during application. Membrane Laps are overlapped to achieve a minimum weld of 50-100mm. Laps shall be Hot air welded by hand applied or by means of automatic machines. Proofex ORG membrane shall possess Tensile strength ASTM D412: > 722N/50mm ; Elongation (Peak) ASTM D412 & EN 12311-2 : 1000%,Puncture Resistance (EN12691-1): Pass Test > 1000 mm, Tear Resistance –EN 12310-1: L-470 N,,Root Resistance: Pass Test-No Penetration Hail Resistance(EN 13583):26 m/s,Resistance to Micro-Organism (EN 846):Pass Test. Application shall be as per Manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In charge. (The item shall be measured in terms of total area of applied TPO membrane sheets including overlaps.)

Providing and applying Polyester based Geofabric membrane over the TPO membrane as a separation layer between the membrane and the subsequent final surface finish, including, material, labour, tools-tackles,etc. as directed by Engineer In charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.
