COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE TO HIGH RISE BUILDING IN NEW NSB UNDER AGE B R II OF GE NB, VISAKHAPATNAM

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.5 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work in half brick thick walls using Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4 including 2 Nos of 8mm dia bars at every fourth course of brick work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying Polymer Modified Mortar made using Shrinkage Compensated Polymer Modified Fibre Reinforced Cementitious Repair Mortar such as Renderoc SP 40 of M/s. Fosroc Chemicals India [P] Ltd. or equivalent in M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. as per manufacturer's instructions to form average 25 mm thick even surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non-Shrink, Cementitious Micro Concrete with compressive strength not less than 50 N/ Sq.mm at 28 days as in structural strengthening of existing columns, beams and similar structural members using Rendroc RG' manufactured by M/s. Fosroc Chemicals India [P] Ltd. or its equivalent in M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Asian Paints Ltd. modified with 12mm graded, clean, saturated surface dry crushed stone aggregate in the ratio as per manufacturer's instructions, laid in columns, beams and similar structural members including use and waste of water tight formwork to facilitate pouring of micro concrete complete all as per manufacturer's instructions including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Measurement shall be considered for circumference at centreline of core thickness.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed to included Water proofing compound and nothing paid extra on this account.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surface of ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine and applying two coats of Acrylic washable Distemper by using auto roller/airless sprayer, over a coat of alkali resistant primer over suitable thickness of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.
