CHAIR CB STEEL WITH/WITHOUT ARMS :- Removing existing unsv Seat, frame ,supply and fixing of new seat of chair CB steel with/without arms made out of 1st class hard wood of same shape and size duly Canning with Cane plastic 2 to 2.5 mm thick Godrej pattern and border with 4 mm cane plastic and fixing thesame with appropriate size of nuts & bolts to steel frame as shown on drg and as directed.

Removing existing unsv back, frame ,supply and fixing of new back of chair CB steel with/without arms made out of 1st class hard wood of same shape and size duly Canning with Cane plastic 2 to 2.5 mm thick Godrej pattern and border with 4 mm cane plastic and fixing thesame with appropriate size of nuts & bolts to steel frame as shown on drg and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable hand rest and S & F new wooden hand rest of same shape and size for chair CB steel with arms and fixing with screwed all as shown in drg and directed.

Removing existing unserviceable PVC shoes & PVC plug of chair CB steel with/without arms and S & F new PVC shoes with screw at bottom of steel frame and PVC plug at notched holes at top complete all as shown in drg and as directed.

S &F flat iron strips 535/485x25x3mm 04 Nos under each seat and 02 Nos of each back of chair fixed with running welding/gas welding to steel frame duly providing holes for screws of them & all as directed by Engr -in- charge.

CHARPOY GI/IP PIPE WITH PLY WOOD TOP:- Taking out old unserviceable ply wood top from charpoy GI/IP ply wood top and Supply & Fixing 12mm thick BWR plywood IS:303 with 10 nos new nut & bolts of size 5mm x 65mm/ 5mm x100mm and 2mm thick washer including tighenting/ assembling of loose frame/ components complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 1884mm long 32mm bore ISI Marked GI Pipe medium Grade long rail including threading on both ends (One side 22mm) and fixing the same to charpoy GI/IP pipe complete all as specified and directed as in replacement of old /unserviceable long rail complete all as specified & directed.

Converting of broken long rail retrieved in replacement from item 7 here in before into two short rails of size 804mm long threading on both ends upto 22mm & fixing the same to charpoy GI/IP frame in replacement of old/ unserviceable short rail complete all as specified and directed.

Converting of broken short rail retrived in replacement from Item No 8 here in before into two legs of size 389mm long, threading upto 22mm from one end and welding/gas welding of 3mm mild steel sheet at another end made in round shape and fixing the same to charpoy GI/IP pipe frame in replacement of old unserviceable leg complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement three way GI elbow 32 mm size 60mm long make Jolly/RK/ISI marked as approved by the GE complete all as shown on drg and as directed.

S & F in replacement 6 mm thick check nuts for Charpoy GI/IP frame as approved by GE Complete all as shown on drg & directed.

ALMIRAH LARGE/MEDIUM/SMALL STEEL WITH SHELVES/LOCKER BED SIDE S & F as in replacement of unserviceable lock with new lock having duplicate keys of same shape and size/specification to Almirah steel large/medium/small steel /locker bed side steel (SKD-562) of Godrej/ Harrison/Link are equivalent as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in replacement of unserviceable handle with new chromium plated steel handle of same shape and size specification of best qualit as approved by GE to Almirah large/medium/small steel/locker bed side steel complete all as specified and directed

S&F new chromium plated hasp & staple of same shape and size and fixing the same appropriate size of nut & bolt to locker bed steel FD-1029 wherever required as inreplacement of old/unsv as shown on drg and directed.

S&F as in replacement of unserviceable locking device set complete including locking bars. Lever and cover with 3 way new locking device set of different shape and size to Almirah large/medium/small steel/locker bed side steel (SKD-562) complete all as specified and shown on drawing and directed.

S&F as in replacement of unserviceable/broken hanging rod with new chromium plated steel hanging rod of19 mm dia and 1 mm wall thickness with one pair of fixing brackets to lockers bed side steel (SKD-562) FD-1029

S&F two nos of new leg of Almirah medium/large steel with shelves/locker bed side steel made of 1 mm thick mild steel by way of running welding/gas welding including one coat of red oxide primer as per existing specification as in replacement of old/unsv complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of new drawer for locker bed side steel SKD-562 made of 1 mm thick mild steel by way of running welding/gas welding including one coat of red oxide primer as per existing specification as in replacement of old/unsv complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR/RECANING OF CHAIR VERANDAH :- Removing of old unsv plastic cane from chair verandah and recaning to seat & back by 4 mm wide half round oval shape plastic cane including fixing 4 Nos hard rubber shoes to be provided on the legs of chair verandah Rest all as specified and shown on drg and directed.

Removing of broken PVC seat of chair varandah and S&F new PVC seat to chair verandah to complete as specified and directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

Removing of broken PVC back of chair varandah and S&F new PVC back to chair verandah to complete as specified and directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

TABLE OFFICE CLK STEEL :- Removing of old unsv top from table office Clk steel 1200mmx600mm Supply and fix new table top of same size made out of 18/19 mm thick exterior grade of desired designs & shades as approved by GE duly covered with hard (machine) pressed PVC beading all as around the top duly polished superior quality rest all as shown on drg and as directed.

Taking down old unsv legs of table office clk steel and S&F new legs made out of 25 mm thick Square tube with 1.60mm wall thickness of 760 mm long including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by GE/Engr-in-charge. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed.

Taking down old unsv drawer from table office clk steel and S&F new drawers made out of 1.00 mm thick MS plain black sheet including one coat of red oxide primer & telescopic channel complete all as specified and directed by GE/Engr-in-charge. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed.

TEAPOY VERANDAH :- Removing of old unsv top from Teapoy verandah 900mm x 450 mm Supply and fix new table top of same size made out of particle borad 18/19 mm thick exterior grade of desired designs & shades as approved by GE duly covered with hard (machine) pressed PVC beading all as around the top duly polished superior quality rest all as shown on drg and as directed.

BED HARD STEEL 6' x 3' :- Taking out old unservicesble ply wood top from Bed hard steel and supply & fixing 12 mm thick plywood BWR Grade with new nuts & bolts of size 5mm x65mm and 2mm thick washer,. Rest all as specified in drg and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable head board from bed and Supply & fixing 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade with flat PVC liping of same shape & size with screws complete all as specified & directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable foot board from bed and Supply & fixing 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade with flat PVC liping of same shape & size with screws complete all as specified & directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

CHARPOY ORs STEEL WITH PLYWOOD TOP :- Taking out old unserviceable plywood top from charpoy ORs steel and Supply & fixing 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade with new nuts & bolts of size 5mm x 65mm/5mm x100mm and 2mm thick washer.Rest all as specified in drg and as directed.

CHAIR WRITING OFFRS/CHAIR CBA STEEL :- Removing of old unsv tapestry of seat frame and S & F new tapestry of seat frame approved by Engr - in- charge with PVC liping all round complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge Note:- Cost of tapestry not less than Rs 300/-

Removing of old unsv tapestry of back frame and S & F new tapestry of back frame approved by Engr - in- charge with PVC liping all round complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge Note:- cost of tapestry not less than Rs 300/-

Removing of old unsv hand rest of chair writting offrs and S & F new hand rest one piece made of black integral skin,reinforced with MS insert it, fixed withappropiate nuts & bolts Hand rest have slope towarda front complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge.

CHAIR CBA SPL WITH HAND REST :- Removing of old unsv wooden plank and S&F new wooden planks of same shape and size made out of 20 mm thick 1st class hard wood in one piece and fixed on arm rest with piano type hinges duly finished with high glossy french polish superior quality rest all as shown on drg and as directed.

PAINTING OF VARIOUS STEEL FURNITURES Painting and rubbing of old steel surfaced with sand paper to existing painted surfaces and preparation of surface including removing of dents if any applying one or more coat of synthetic enemelled paint of required colour of approved qualit/shade dual shade by Engr-in-charge with spray machine painting complete from inside/out sides as per trade practices/as directed for Chair CB Steel with arms
