Taking down geyser and scraping, cleaning including brazing of inner vessel of the geyser at leakage point to made it leak proof including testing pressure and assembling of all component refixing complete for 25 & 50Ltr capacity. Note : New spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately as 'Supply only"

Supply only heating elements of 2 KW 230 V suitable for water heater of any type including connection with suitable cable all as directed

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but of 1.5 KW complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair thermostat switch of geyser 230 V, 30 degree to 90 degree centigrade temp range to be set at 70 degree to 50 degree centi grade suitable for water heater.

Supply & fix in repair indicating lamp, 230 V, flush type, rectangular, red and green indicator suitable for water heaters.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross section area) PVC insulatd unsheathed single core copper cable working voltage 1100 volts grade confirming to IS -694 with stranded copper conductor in including PVC rigid non metalic 25 mm dia PVC cashing caping including MS shunk box 3 mm thick hylum sheet top cover fixed by means of brass machine screw and cap washer including size 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross secrional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuty cdonductor connected to main switches/DBs or common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for following :- (i) One light point or one fan point controlled by one one way switch with cable 1.5 sqmm size.

(ii) One socket out let 5/6 Amps point on the independent board

(iii) One socket out let 5/6 Amps point on the same board

All as per item No.8 here-in-before but using 4 sq mm size stranded copper conductor cable for one 16 amp switch socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed by engineer incharge. .

S&F LED bulb 18 watt CDL Ball Lamp complete all as specified, Make-Wipro, product code N18001 or equivalent Cat No of Make- Havells/Philips/Bajaj

Supply and Fixing in replacement of MCB, single pole, 240 Volts, of capacity (6-32 Amps) as ordered breaking capacity 10 KA. Make-Legrand Cat No-4085-87 to 4085-95 or equivalent grading ISI marked.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB SPN, 40 to 63 Amps, 240 Volts , breaking capacity 10KA complete all as directed. Make-Legrand Cat No-4086-18 to 4086-20 or equivalent grading ISI marked.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB TPN, 63 Amps, 240 Volts , breaking capacity 10KA complete all as directed. Make-Legrand Cat No-4087-02 or equivalent grading ISI marked.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring of size upto 16 Sqmm including making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for sub main wiring for main DBs to Sub DBs with standard copper conductor 1100 volts grade of size 4 sqmm two run of multistrand unshea-thed (FR-LSH) PVC insulated cable (Red colour cable used for live connection & Black colour cable used for neutral connection) and 2.5 sqmm copper multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade multistrand un-sheathed PVC insulated (Green colour cable used) cable for earth continuity wire connected from main earth through PVC casing capping/PVC conduit of size 25mm for including of all accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of 4 sqmm and one run of 2.5 sqmm cable with PVC conduit/caping casing shall constitute one unit.
