EARTH WORK:- Earth work excavation by mechanical means hydraulic excavator/manual upto 1.5M depth in all kinds of soil including shoring, struting, bailing/pumping of water back filling of sides of foundations, low lying area etc. as per technical specifications.

Earth filling in plinth and ground with approved earth brought from outside (including royalty) charges including transportation, ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete

Supplying and applying Anti termite treatment by injecting chemical Imidacloprid 30.5% SC Bayer Premise make for pre constructional treatment and creating a chemical barrier as per IS 6313(Part II) 1981 for wall trenches, foundation, top surface of plinth filling, foundation of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of the building, etc. complete and conforming to specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Tenderer to submit guarantee on stamp paper of adequate value). (Plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment.)

Providing and Laying Hardcore guage of aggregates exceeding 63mm and but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread gravel and levelled in layers not exceeding 20cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

CONCRETE WORK:Plain cement concrete (1 cement: 4 coarse sand : 8stone jelly) using 40mm and down gauge graded, hard blue granite stone aggregate, laid and well consolidated in foundation and basement etc., all as complete and directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of hard stone ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation leveling and dressing and finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All works up to plinth level. (minimum cement content of 370 kg/cum for M25 grade and, No extra claim shall be entertained for any additonal quanity of cement if required as per the design mix)

MASONRY WORK : Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( factory made) of size 40x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part 1 of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 20 cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 40x20x20 cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level for 20 cm thick wall in : CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of scaffolding complete

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Masonry work with departmental laterite/brick after removal of old plaster and dressing if necessary, in cement mortar 1:6 including all labour charge, tools, etc. (only laterite blocks/bricks will be supplied by Milma)

FLOORING : Providing and laying 125mm thick Vacuum De-watered of M25 grade concrete ( Seprate design mix for VDF flooring) with minimum cement content of 370kg/cum, surface vibrated and finished with machine for flooring over prepared sub-base in strips of width up to 3.5 M in line and level maintaining required slope , compacting with needle / surface vibrator, leveling with surface vibrator, Vacuum De-watering with vacuum pump, floating and further compaction with skin floater equipped with floating disc, providing and spreading Rockite or equivalent floor hardener @ 3.5 Kg/Sq.M, curing, formation of joints @ 4 M c/c (maximum) by cutting up to 25mm thickness of concrete slab with mechanized saw and filling the same with semi-rigid epoxy based Rockite or equivalent sealant including preparation of base, curing finishing etc. with required 12mm MS dia bar on all edges 300mm on both pannel @ 300mm c/c, curing etc complete as per the drawing / as directed by Engineer. ( Note : Excluding reinforcement steel)

FINISHING WORKS : Prepare surfaces and plaster with CM 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) 12mm thick to all interior faces of walls

Prepare surfaces and plaster to all exterior faces of walls including RCC surfaces continuous to masonry in super structure etc, all as complete and directed by Engineer in charge at all levels.1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Asian paints apex ultima or equivalent) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work/Old plastering (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2 litre/10 sqm.

Water proof plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 12mm thick plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement mixed with water proofing compound of approved make @ 2kg/m2 of mix floated hard and troweled smooth including all labour, material, conveyance charges etc complete.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete or cement plastering work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification.

ALUMINIUM WORK : Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections of minimum weight of 1.2kg/m and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners, anchor bolts, etc. of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing Powder Coated aluminium (approved Colour) louvered ventilator fabricated out of extruded sections onfirming to BIS IS 733 and wall thickness not less than 4 mm as detailed in the drawing of specified size and shape with approved shade not less than 50 micron in the frame work with all necessary fittings and fixtures. Interior or exterior shall be covered with removable type Stainless steel mesh of 0.5mm thick ss304 wires with 1.4mm aperture in powder coated aluminium frames of size 0.6x0.5m. All works shall be as per the direction of Engineer in chartge. (Aluminium frame size for louvers shall be 1-1.2m X0.8-1m (aprox.). (make : Hindalco or equivalent) (Work includes Aluminium frame work, Louvers and fly proof shutters)

Providing and fixing fire resistant un insulated two hours Fire rated steel door (Sakthi mat door or approved equivalent make) of double rabate steel frame profile of size 145 x 55mm with bending radius of 1.2 mm made up of 1.2 mm thk galvanized sheet conforming to IS 277. The frames shall have provision for nos. anchor bolt fasteners on each vertical jamb, 3mm thk hinge back plate pre-drilled to receive hinge screw. The frame shall be in three pieces bolted at top.The frame shall be primed with zinc phosphate stoving primer and finished with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour. The steel door shutter shall be constructed out of 1mm thk galvanized steel confirming ot IS 277 with fully flushed double skin door having interlock seam arrangement at stile.(Rate to include for lock, handels on both side and push plate of 150 x 200 mm and door closure). The door construction shall be fire retardent & heat insulation suitable for stability, integrity with two hours fire rating, type tested at CBRI Rookee as per IS 3614 (Part II) and BS 476 (Part 20). The thick of the shutter shall be 46 mm. The shutter shall be primed with zinc phosphate stoving primer and finished with synthetic enamel paint of approve make of the fire rated vision panel of size 200 x 300 mm using imported make "Pyron" make fire rated glass. Single/Double leaf door of size as specified. (The rate shall include for Supply and providing P/F vision panel in Fire-rated door including cost conveyance fixing charge etc complete

ROOF WORK:- Supply, fabricate and erect in position structural steel work for trusses, frame work, purlins, girder, column, rafters, strus, wind ties, floor tie beam, structural members for strew box, side cladding, platform etc. as per design including riveting, welding in rolled steel sections and plates with all necessary nuts, bolts, riverts, gusset, plates etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, lead,lift etc. and painting with two coat of Epoxy primer and 2 coat of Epoxy paint of approved make finished to even shade as per technical specifications.

Fabricate and erect in position structural steel work for trusses, frame work, purlins, girder, column, rafters, strus, wind ties, floor tie beam, structural members for strew box, side cladding, platform etc. with departmental steel (dismantled in the building) as per design including riveting, welding in rolled steel sections and plates with all necessary nuts, bolts, riverts, gusset, plates etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, lead,lift, clearing the rust, etc. and painting with Epoxy primer and 2 coat of Epoxy paint of approved make finished to even shade as per technical specifications.

Providing, fabricating and erect in position MS pipe/MS square/rectangular hollow section work for trusses, purlins, rafters, struts etc. as per design including riveting welding in rolled steel sections and plates with all necessary nuts, bolts, rivets, gusset plates etc. complete including painting with two coat of Epoxy primer and 2 coat of Epoxy paint of approved make finished to even shade as per technical specifications.

Steel work in built up G I tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc. ) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primernd finshing with two coats of epoxy paint all complete, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM silicone seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing & fixing Poly carbonate corrugated sheet 0.8 mm thick as approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single length of 12 M or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screw of size (5.5x55 mm) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical/ curved surface, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and including cutting to size shapes where ever required.

ROAD WORK : Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm. depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Supplying and laying interlocking tile 100 mm or nearest size thickness, minimum strength M 40 including providing a layer of 6 mm aggregate for 5 cm thickness, then laying interlock cobbles in lines and levels as per the directions of the departmental officers at site inclusive of all cost & conveyance charges etc.; complete.

Providing and fixing RCC/CC (1:2:4) precast kerb stone of size 100mm to 125mm thick, 300mm deep and 600 mm long as per architects details incuding excavations plain cement concrete, pointing of joints and white or colour washing etc. complete as per technical specifications and drawing.

Supplying and filling in plinth with quarry dust under floors including, watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. As per specifications (The depth of consolidated quarry dust filling shall be measured for the purpose of payment).

MISCELLANEOUS : Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer- in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling G.S. Sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling Wooden work in the roof ,including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Removing the existing Rolling shutters manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling doors, windows, Ventilators and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :

Removing the existing False ceiling including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead the rate shall include replaster of wall mixing of epoxy based structural bonding agent as per the manufactuerer specification all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
