Providing laying and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess along with existing surface/ recess conduit/ pipe/trench submain wiring/cable for loop earthing including termination etc.complete as required.
Making temporary arrangement to keep the Operation alive whenever required during this project etc as per directions of the Engineer In charge and in close corodination with the AGL maintenance team as per NOTAM and phasing of work for primary runway/ taxiway and secomdary runway by using existing materials ( which were dismantled for this work) like cables, fittings with lamps, isolating transformers and joints of cables as and when required, including removing temporary arrangement, fittings, fixing, co-ordination with maintenance team and engaging manpower well versed with Kolkata airport AGL etc. complete as required. Any unserviceability of the fittings during dismantling shall be made good. Providing any other materials like cable and fittings etc. whatever when dismantled materials are not enough for the purpose. Agency can take back these new material provided for temporary service after the completion of the project.
Holes cutting suitable for fixing HDPE pipe upto 50mm OD by use of gas cutter on wall of existing MS housing box etc. complete as required as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
GPS based survey with Total Station of exisitng light fittings installations before dismantling and as when required survey for pipe ends, boxes, pipe routes and pin pointing fittings positions, fittings installations after bitumen work, station point marking, remarking, making the autocad drawing with co-ordinates etc. complete as required and submit the same to AAI in hard copies and soft copies.
Dismantling of existing shallow base of inset fitting by core cutting to avoid damage of the side surface, removal of secondary cable (if duct integrity fails), placing 4"x4” PVC box at pipe end, sealing the pipe end (light side) and backfilling with tack coat and hot mix SDAC, ramming, rolling, carry the shallow can to stores, keep them in safe custody and then making them good, chiselling out the concrete / polyeurethene from excavated shallow can etc. complete as required and handing back to AAI at the completion of the project / as decided by the EIC.
Providing and fixing blank plate on housing box of elevated fitting by fixing with suitable size bolts, removal of the same after bitumen work, taking back the plate, removal of bitumen, providing slope as per ICAO requirement, making the housing ready in all aspect for fixing elevated fitting etc. complete as required and handing back to AAI at the completion of the project / as decided by the EIC.
Dismatling of existing MS housing box like transformer housing box, adaptor box etc., carrying to stores, making them good, chiselling out the concrete / polyeurethene from excavated box, keeping in safe custody and handing back to AAI on completion of the project / as decided by the EIC etc. complete as required.
SITC of adopter Box of required size made of 6mm thick MS including welding to the existing box etc. complete as required as per site requirement and the direction of the EIC.
Core cutting at cement / asphaltic area like runways/ taxiways/ apron etc.at the designated location as per the existing fittings coordinates / design for 200 mm dia inset fittings upto the depth as per OEM of the lights and then upto the existing cable duct / pipe with 100 mm core cutting, arranging power supply with the help of DG sets and water arrangement , removing core and retrieving the pipe, at the bottom, cleaning, disposing debris upto 5 KM away, etc. complete as required including plugging the holes with wooden / ply board / PVC and handing over as ready for inset fittings installations etc. complete as required.

Design, Fabrication, supply of MS isolating transformer housing box of size 750(L)X350(W)X450 (D) or as per site requirement duly vetted by the Govt Engineering College / Univerisity for load bearing capacity of a rolling category-E aircraft made out of 6 mm (min.) thick MS sheet and counter sunk top cover 10 mm thick (min.) MS sheet, earth studs both for fittings and GI wires and ASD / TRF hanging arrnagement, cutting of holes etc. All inserts should be suitable for M-10 size bolt i/c supply of M 10 SS Bolts and nuts including painting of box with one coat of primer & two coats of black enamel paint and installation with concrete work / existing trench in soil / gravel along with water drainage connection at bottom, including sloping as per DGCA CAR requirement, pipe fixing, Final painting after installation, lettering, numbering and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge etc. as required.
Fabrication and supply of MS cable chamber with cover by MS tubular section/ MS square section/ MS flat/ MS plates including cutting to required length, welding, painting (one coat primar and two coats black enamel) and fixing the members to RCC/ Brick/ PCC/ prefabricated structure by use of fastner with base as per approved drawing duly vetted by the Govt Engineering College / Univerisity for load bearing capacity of a rolling category-E aircraft and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc. as required.
Excavation of the trench in hard rock or bitumenous / cement concrete of runways/taxiways / apron/RESA/ Road etc. by power saw cutting without disturbing the other area, upto 500mm in width, and depth upto 500mm, including getting out the excavated materials, cleaning the cut area and disposal of excavated debris as directed by Engineer-In-Charge within a lead of 5 KM including all machineries like power saw, hammer drill / pneumatic drill, water browser, mobile DG set, transportation etc. complete as required
Excavation of earth/soft soil mechanically (hydraulic excavator)/manually not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width, and lift at least 30 cm, including back filling, dressing, ramming and diSposin9 excess materials to a lead of 5 KM as required and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge
