Clearing Grass and Removal of Rubbish (clearing grasss and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 30m out side the periphery of the area as per technical specificaton 201) By manual means

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (I) Private Land

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site,spreading,grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 (I) Private Land

Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 (Manual method should be adopted where machines can not be deployed due to site condition)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401. II) For Grading II Material

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specified sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with 3 wheels 80-100KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening / binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (3) Grading - II (Screening B). A) By Manual Means-

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granularsurface cleaned with mechanical broom.(Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with100-120TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate so specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @4.0to 4.5%byweight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd.grade,lavel andalignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratoryand tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction asper MoSRT&H cl.no.507.completein all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials upto 10.0 Km initial lead from mixingplant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (b) Withrock dust as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) A) (ii)for GradingII(19 mm nominal size)(a) Withhydrated lime/cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification)
