Excavation in earthwork in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification for Rural Road, 2014 and clause 1603.1 and 1603.2 of General Conditions for Contract to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of useful material for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, trimming, filling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth riding. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The recovery @ Rs. 300.00 per cubic metre for 385.87cubic metre useful stones amounting to Rs. 3,13,419/- only shall be made from the contractor on pro-rata basis in each running bill.
Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.
Providing and laying boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm diametre G.I. wire confirming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100mmx 100mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 % extra for laps and joints laid with stones boulders weighting not less than 25 kg. each as per drawing and technical specificifications clause 1301 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

The soil will have PI between 7 and 18% and clay % by hydrometry should be more than 15% and less than 40% including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge..
Providing of 2nd layer of Bioenyme based soil stabilised layer to a required thickness as per manufacture design with local soil material/gravel/murram, having CBR greater than 8% and treating it with Terrazyme in the ratio 1L for 15.0 cum soil with 25% 40mm crusher broken metal in design mix, spreading in uniform layer with tractor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired densiality complete as per technical specification including all labour, materials like soil and metal, equipments etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. The soil will have PI between 7 and 13% and clay % by hydrometry should be more than 15% and less than 30%.including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Applying of curing material TerraCure after the application of TerraZyme layer for 10 ( ten millimetre ) thick by mixing TerraCure with water in the ratio of 1:200 and then appyling the mixed solution @ 3 Litres for 1 sq.mt,including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Prime Coat :- Preparing and applying of water soluble Organo Silane Nano Technology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI and water (<1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1kg Organo Silane Nano Technology : 100kg cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI : 200 litre water Mixing and Spraying : Take 1kg of Organo Silane Nano Technology and add 200 litre water while filling water in tanker / drum and then add 100kg cationic bitumen under circulation. Mix the solution completely. Spray the solution @ 1kg per sqm on compacted stone base. Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machinery etc. complete as per MoRD specifications and direction of Engineer in Charge.
Tack Coat :- Preparing and applying of water soluble organo Silane Nano Technology (for Bitumen Emulsion application IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen CRSI and water (<1000 ppm TDS ) in ratio of 1kg Organo Silane : 100kg Cationic bitumen emulsion CRSI : 200litre water. Mixing and Spraying: take 1.4kg of Organo Silane Nano Technology and add in 200litre water while filling water in tanker / drum and then add 100kg cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation. Mix the solution completely. Spray the solution @ 0.3-0.4kg per sqm on compacted stone base. Rate including all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery etc. complete asper MoRD specification and directions of Engineer-in- charge
Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification Clause 504.including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Manufacturing, laying of cement concrete blocks of size 0.450 m x 0.300 m x 0.15 m (zero point four five zero into zero point three zero zero into zero point one five metre) of Cement Concrete M30 garde and spreading 25 mm (twenty five millimetre) thick sand under neath and filling joints with sand on existing W.B.M. base as per Technical Specification Clause 1503 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm ( twenty five into twenty five into five millimetre).
