S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165and similar work confirming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, including necessary prepration of surface and applying a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as directed.

S&F 1.25mm thick Plain, black, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters,drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed), complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for. complete all as directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 including necessary preperation of surfaces and applying one shop coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) type B1 as in landings, cover slabs(for man holes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: TMT bars will be measured and paid seperately

M&L TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall & ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing debries of the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new wall surface applying Two or more coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification over 1 mm thick wall care putty,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes preparation of old wall surface applying Two or more coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour,over 1 mm thick wall care putty,complete all as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Cement concrete in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete. complete all as specified and as directed.
