Registration of firm / establishment under EPFO with a valid establishment ID

Valid GST and PAN certificates

Annual turnover certificate, Balance Sheet and IT Return of minimum 5 years(2021-22 to 2025-26). The Annual Turnover of any two years in the past 5 rolling years shall have a minimum Rs.193.52 lakhs. (With UDIN Number)
