Special Repairs Work to Mandapa of Mrityunjaya Temple Dwarahat District Almora-Uttrakhand

Taking out the old damazed flake stone (patal) undulated floor with mortar very carefully and stacking properly for reuse and disposal unserviceable etc complete.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Ordinary rock.

P/L lime concrete on the floor level in 50% 1:1:1 lime mortar with 20 mm down gauge stone aggregate including curing etc complete.

Provision for RR stone masonry in substucture/superstructure in 1:1:1 LCM including curing etc complete.

P/L 30 to 40mm thick new stone flooring of different sizes over 20mm thick base of 1:1:1 LCM laid & jointed with slurry including cutting, dressing, fixing & curing etc new stones

P/L 30 to 40mm thick old stone in flooring and roof different sizes over 20mm thick base of 1:1:1 LCM laid & jointed with slurry including cutting, dressing, fixing & curing etc old stones

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerincharge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Taking out the GI sheet of the Mandapa of Mritunajaya Temple very carefully and disposal unserviceable etc complete.

Taking out the old decayed and termitted deodar wood planks, rafter, beams of the Mandapa of Mritunjaya Temple very carefully and stacking properly serviceable material and disposal unserviceable etc complete.

Providing and laying deodar wood beams ,rafter & planks on the canopy of the mandapa of Mritunajaya temple very carefully as per design/pattern including cutting dressing, planeing, polishing and fixing with fevicole nails and nut bolts etc .and providing anti termaited oil on the all surface of wood structure.

Providing/fixing copper sheet 20 guage overlapping from all sides over wooden planks of the canopy of mandapa of Mrityunjaya temple as per old design/pattern including all necessary fastners/fixures etc complete.

Recess pointing in 1:1:1 lime mortar with colour pigment including racking, cleaning joints curring etc complete.
