Fabrication & Erection of Structurals Fabrication, Erection & Welding structural of W3 Evaporator as per scope of work detailed in the attached tender documents.
Fabrication & Erection of Evaporator Coil(tube bundle) Insertion of tube bundles (1no.), welding of inlet & outlet extension header pipes with 100% RT/UT and stress relieving of the welded joint as per scope of work detailed in the attached tender documents
Painting of Bottom Plate Surface preparation and application of paint on bottom plate required for W3 Evaporator as per scope of work detailed in the attached tender documents.
Painting of Shell Surface preparation by Shot/grit blasting to SA 2½finish and application of paint on the shell surface, including all the arrangements required, for W3 Evaporator as per scope of work detailed in the attached tender documents.
Painting of Structurals Surface preparation and application of two coats of Red Oxide zinc primer (25 DFT each) ) and two coats of finish paint (25 DFT each) on all the structural surfaces of W3 Evaporator including making all the arrangements like temporary supports, painting accessories etc. required as per scope of work detailed in the attached tender documents.
Miscellaneous Providing assistance for miscellaneous jobs if required for completion of the above works.
