are to be fixed over the RCC structure using SS 304 bolts, brackets, and fasteners. Suitable for

installation in public gardens, parks, and landscaped plazas. The bench shall have an outer diameter of

approximately 2400 mm, central planter opening of 900 mm, and seating height of approximately

mm. The rate includes all precast RCC work, wooden seating arrangement, protective UV-resistant

weatherproof polish on wooden planks suitable for the coastal weather conditions of Porbandar,

1. The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for which no extra

payment shall be made.

2. The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.
