OptionalThe Bidder shall upload signed bidding document duly filling all the details/particulars including Annexure ? I, II, IV & V in the format given in tender document

RequiredThe Bidder shall pay the EMD for an amount of Rs. 22,496/-/Incase of exemption submission of valid document as applicable like NSIC/PEMD/MSME/SC/ST/Societies or individual firms.

RequiredThe Bidder should posses valid labour license/labour registration issued by Government of Telangana or any State Government of India, and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable

Requiredc) The Bidder should have valid Contractor/firm registration certificate issued by the State/ Central Govt, State or Central PSU etc and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable.

RequiredThe contractor should have minimum 3months of experience in similar nature of work for Lubrication/Greasing.

RequiredThe Ownership of the tractor should be in the name of the Contractor/Firm only. Vehicles taken on lease by the bidder under a valid and legally enforceable lease agreement shall also be eligible, subject to submission of an attested copy of the said lease agreement. (RC and should be uploaded).In case new vehicle is booked, the tenderer may participate with temporary registration certificate.

RequiredThe Contractor should have maintained all relevant documents as per motor act (like fitness, Permit, pollution control, Vehicle insurance and upload the documents.

RequiredThe Bidder shall have valid EPF, ESI/GI, and GST registration and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable

OptionalThe Contractor should upload suitable valid transport driving license
