M & L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in base for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of guage n.exc, 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc, 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a ture surface complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20-22mm thick with grey cement and no pigment machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and similar works including finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floor and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover.(ii) Cost of additional GI wire more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.
