M&L for dismantling the existing Pump set of 60 HP (Old model) from existing foundation carefully & transport to store yard of AGE (I) Nagtalao. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for breaking of existing RCC /PCC foundation of old model pump set carefully complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for the foundation of the Centrifugal pumpset/trench of cable /pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation the ratio of 1:2:4 with 40 mm graded aggregate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L for channels fabricated in the shape of frame to fix inside the foundation/fixing inside the UG sump and outside the Sump along with required quantity of nuts, bolts and washer as per site requirement complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtr depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layres not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore with all fittings laid in trench for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick fair faces of concrete surfaces with cement plaster in the ratio of 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in repair mild steel pipe heavy grade of 100 mm dia pipe bend in shape as per site requirement with all fittings like flange , socket, nut,bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay GI cable tray of 2500X150 mm with tie rod, angle frame , nuts, bolts , washers or any other items required for fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply install, commissioning and testing of centrifugal pumpset of kirloskar model DSM 65/20 , capacity 23 LPS discharge at the head of 112 Mtr, factory assembled electric driven centrifugal pump ,horizontal split casing pump multistage CI body with bronze impeller std fitted and stainless steel shaft, mounted on heavy duty bearing connected with electric driven 3 phase, TEFG Sq-cage AC motor of 60 HP , 2900 RPM , 3 phase 440 V AC Supply ,50 Hz with MS base frame and all accessories like coupling nut, bolts, gland packing, washers or any other petty items required for fixing complete all as specified and directed Engineer -in- Charge.Make:- Kirloskar/CG/Bharat Bijlee

Supply and fix PVC insulated unarmoured copper conductor flat cable three core 35 Sqmm for the connection of LT panel starter to motor terminal.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Make:- Polycab/Havells/KEI

M&L for Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 Metre below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using Galvanised Iron strip of 32x6 mm earth lead as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI Frame and cover, wire, copper lugs, etc. Wire mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply & installation of of G I Strip of size 32 mm X 6 mm buried in earth 1 mtr below from surface all as directed at site by Engineer-in -charge

M&L for cutting/breaking the existing roof of underground sump in the size of 1M X1.5 M for lowering the submersible pump , making hole in the wall of UG sump, welding of pipe as per site requirement and supply and fix angle iron 50X50X6 mm in the frame of 1MX1.5 M with 3 mm Mild steel sheet including handle, rivet, hinges or any other petty items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for taking down safely by dismantling incoming and outgoing connections of distribution transformer 160 KVA from the foundation located at sub station 2 of ralawas area for transport and fixing and making all connections at the two pole structure of Banar pump house under AGE (I) Nagtalao and taking down carefully after removing all connections of distribution of transformer 75 KVA capacity from the two pole structure of banar pump house under AGE(I) Nagtalao and transport to substation 2 of ralawas for fixing at foundation and making connection complete all as specified and directedby Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair Tee pieces of 200X200X80 mm all flanged complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for rubber gasket joint suitable for 200 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rubber gasket joint suitable for 80 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for taking out carefully existing header and making new header of 80 mm dia MS pipe including flange, sockets, bends etc and providing welding work as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make:-Tata/Jindal/Prakash Surya
