Supply of Labour Sweeping Cleaning moping etc. at Structural areas (like Competition areas. VIP areas, media areas, others office areas, dressing rooms, referees rooms, practice ground's dressing room, practice ground's referees room, glasses of Media's & VIP's entrance lobby, broadcasting, press corner, pathway from changing rooms to ground, subway to ground, All the toilets and toilet blocks etc.) and other than structural areas (like main ground, two practice fields, all ring roads, paver block roads, all bituminous roads linking to all gates and cut-outs etc) of the VYBK. a. Every corner of the VYBK cleaning is included within the scope of work. b. Supplying of necessary disinfectant materials (like -Naphtha, Phenol, Benzyl, Hand wash, Bleaching Powder etc.) including all accessories and room freshener, mugs, tumbler are also included. c.Collect all the dusting materials, sludge, garbage etc. from the stadium and disposal the same out of the stadium by completely mechanised and modern improvised method (Labour involvement for daily sweeping and cleaning minimum 12 nos. unskilled labour and 1 no. semi-skilled labour for supervision. Extra 60 nos. unskilled labour per match (from match -1 day to Match +1 day) Work should be completed in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Daily operation including match day and non match day. Unskilled labour i) Working Days = 365 days @ 12 nos. man / day = 4380 man days. ii) Extra (From match -1day to Match +1 day) 50 matches X 3 @ 20 nos. man / day = 3000 man days Total 7380 man days Semi-skilled labour Working Days = 365 days @ 1 nos. man / day = 365 man days.

Unskilled worker [FREEZED ITEM] 7380 Man Day @ Rs.587.23 = Rs. 43,33,757.00 (Bidders are requested not to quote any rate of this item) [Rate is achieved from fixed minimum rates of Wages in the employment of Sweeping & Cleaning Services from 01-01-2026 to 30-06-2026 as per Circular no. 06/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dated 09-01-2026 of the Addl. Labour Commissioner, W.B.] Rate is inclusive of minimum wages, bonus, EPF, ESI & GST as per existing rule.

Semi-skilled worker [FREEZED ITEM] 365 Man Day @ Rs.645.97 = Rs. 2,35,779.00 (Bidders are requested not to quote any rate of this item) [Rate is achieved from fixed minimum rates of Wages in the employment of Sweeping & Cleaning Services from 01-01-2026 to 30-06-2026 as per Circular no. 06/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dated 09-01-2026 of the Addl. Labour Commissioner, W.B.] Rate is inclusive of minimum wages, bonus, EPF, ESI & GST as per existing rule.

Service charge Service charge including profit and overhead for supply of all labours and materials (All materials and equipments, tools & plants for the cleaning and disinfecting purpose have to be supplied by the agency to the concren A.E. at the time of commencement of the month and concern A.E. will issue the materials in regularly basis to the agency. Supply of Anticeptic liquid, Bleaching Powder, Napthalin, Detergent Powder, Wiper & Mopper scrubbing machine, Vaccum cleaner etc. of approved brand for cleaning / upkeeping of W/C pan, wash basin, Urinal, Sink, drain channel of toilet block and corridors, stairs & Ramps of the campus. 2 sets of uniform per year for all the engaged labour has to supply by the contractor. The bidder have to submit details break up month wise of the all supplied materials in a sperate sheet. (Rate inclusives all taxes & duties) (Bidders are requested to quote rate for this item only)
