Supply of 3.5 x 35 Sq.mm size of 1.1 KV grade multicore aluminium conductor PVC insulated / XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS-1554 (Part-I) 1988/IS-7098 (Part-I) 1985 respectively with upto date ammendments.

Supply of following PVC insulated PVC round sheathed multi core bright annealed bare copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable for voltage grade 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS:694 with upto date amendments etc as required. (Standard Roll of 100 Mtrs) 3C x 4 Sq.mm

Supplying of 63 mm Dia HDPE pipe, PN6 grade, PE 80 ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984-1995, Part II complete as required.​

Pulling of 63mm Dia HDPE pipe direct in ground by HDD method (not less than 7ft below ground level) complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade upto 35 Sq.mm size in the existing RCC / Hume / Metal / HDPE Pipe as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade upto 35 Sq.mm (Clamped with 1 mm thick saddle) size on wall surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5C x 35 Sq.mm (32 mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 3.5 C x 35 Sq.mm

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

SITC of single phase 2.0 KVA UPS (in the existing feeder pillar) with input voltage range 150-280 V AC, and output voltage 230 VAC, having minimum backup time-15 min on full load and Total harmonic Distortion should be less than 3%, suitable for operating atmospheric temperature between 0 Dg to 55° C, along with the protection like short circuit protection, overload protection, battery deep discharge & over charge protection etc. as required.

Design, fabrication & SITC of LT Panel, cubicle type, made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, totally enclosed, IP-54 (outdoor type), Protection free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, compartmentalized, power coated painting suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415V, 50 Hz AC supply system with rain canopy and suitable coupling to provide frangibility to the panel , having sufficient space to accomodate 2 KVA UPS & Battries for 15 min backup (Separate compartment for UPS and batteries) & small exhaust fan for heat dissipation provision for UPS & batteries i/c providing following switch gears & accessories confirming to technical specifications Incomer:- MCCB 40 A 4P - 2 Nos. (2 incomers) Busbars:- 4P aluminium bus bars of 100 A capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves i/c SMC bus bars supports. Instrument & accessories:- Automatic 3 phase Changeover switch 40 A - 1 no. RYB indication lamps for each incomer - 2 Set. and suitable CTs/PTs as required. DIN mounted Basic MF meter (1P, V, A, kW, kWh) for each incomer- 2 set and suitable CTs/PTs as required. Outgoing:- MCB 20 A DP C series - 2 Nos., MCB 6 A SP C series-3 Nos. through UPS, MCB 10 A DP C series-1 no., Power Distribution Board 5 A socket outlets - 5 nos. through UPS

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. a)32 mm

Supply of Single Mode, 6 Core, Standard loose tube armoured optical fibre cable etc. complete as required and as per technical specifications enclosed.

Laying of 6 Core OFC in up to 63 mm Dia HDPE Pipe complete as required.

Supplying and making outdoor joint with joint encloser, fusion splicing between incoming and outgoing cable fibers and other jointing materials for 6 Core single mode armoured optic fibre cable etc. complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fibre optic patch panel (LIU unit) along with all accessories like NEMA 4X enclosure, splicing tray, 6 nos pigtail duplex connectors, 06 nos. patch chords etc. and including temination of 6 core optic fiber cable through fusion spicing etc. complete as required.

SITC of Media Converter (2 SFP Port & 2 LAN Port) (with 4 Nos of 1.25G SFP module and 4 nos of 5 mtr LAN connector) complete as required.

SITC of 9U Wall mount Rack as required.

SITC of 8 port LAN switch as required.

Splicing and OTDR of 6 core SMF Armoured Cable as required.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : a) Inside size 90x80 cm and 45 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal diameter, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg) : b) With common burnt clay F.P.S.
