22.14 Grading roof for water proofing treatment with. 22.14.2. Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

22.6:-Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cementem mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water prooting cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c ) Third laver of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around.

21.8:-Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. (21.8.1)Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width

18.2:-Providing and fixing Polyethelene-Aluminium- Polyethelene PE-ALPE Composite Pressure Pipes conforming to is - 15450, V.V. stabilized with carbon black having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, capable to withstand temperature up to 80°C, including all special fittings of composite material (engineering plastic blend and brass inserts wherever required) e.g. elbows, tees, reducers, couplers & connectors etc., with clamps at 1.00 metre spacing. This includes the costs of cutting chases and including testing of joints complete as per direction of the engineer in charge. 18.51:-Providing and fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms. (18.51.1) 15 mm nominal bore.

17.3:-Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: (17.3.1) W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid:

17.5:-Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back half stall urinal of size so mm with white PVC automatic flushing cistern with fittings, standard size C.P. brass flush pipe, spreader. with unions and clamps (all in C.P. brass) with wast fitting as per IS: 2556. C.I. trap with outlet grating and other couplings in C.P. brass, including painting of fittings and cutting making good the walls and floors wherever required: 17.5.1 Single half stall urinal with 5 litre P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern.

17.7: Providing and fixing wash basin with C.1. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making a the walls wherever require: 17.7.1 White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps.

17.10:-Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required : 17.10.1 Kitchen sink with drain board. 17.10.1.1 510x1040 mm bowl depth 250 mm

14.78:-Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:-

13.48:- Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and extende Primer as per nianufacturers specifications: 113.48.3) Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or applied @ 0.90 tr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 Itr, 10 sqm of approved bra brand and manufacture

13.48.2 Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat ap @ 0.90 Itr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved br manufacture.

14.1: Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.men tch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (14.1.2) With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

14.5:-Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:: (14.5.1) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

2.31:-Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

4.17:-Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

9.20:-Providing and fixing isi marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part 1) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak sply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 19.20.1) 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

14.1 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meterse inder, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 14.1.2 With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

14.78:- Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head RCC Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations.

12.50:- Providing and mixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of Cation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the bet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation as during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or desired by Engineerincharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, ratters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

12.51:- Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, ". microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : (12.51.1) Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

11.3: -Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (11.3.1) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

9.9: -Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 9.9.1 Second class teak wood (9.9.2) Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood (9.9.2.1) 35 mm thick.

13.46: -Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : au New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 Itr/10 sam over and including priming coat of terior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

13.48:- Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : (13.48.2) Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied 2000 ltr/10 som over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sam of approved brand and manufacture.

13.44:- Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: 113.44.1) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

15.7. -Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of engineer-in-charge.(15.7.4) In cement mortar.

14.2:- Fixing chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts, embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15 x 10 x 10 cm with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 14.3: Fixing chowkhat in existing opening in brick/ RCC wall with dash fasteners/Chemical Fasteners of appropriate size (3 nos on each vertical member of door chowkhat and 2 nos on each vertical member of window chowkhats), including Cost of dash fasteners/ chemical fastener.

14.75A, Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 14.76: -Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

14.77:- Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm
