SH-I : MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL WORKS

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning (including installation supervision) of package sewage treatment system (PSTP - NBF Model or equivalent) of capacity 100000 Liters/ day based on MBBR Technology with made of FRP with inbuilt standard man holes & manhole covers, making internal leak-proof pipe connections inside the package STP tank, with provision of inlet, outlet, vent & blower pipe within the tank Supply of necessary FRP Straps, eye bolt, wire rope & turn buckle for anchoring, factory made deadmans, sewage transfer pump (1 Main+ 1 Stanby), air blowers of required capacity (1 Main+1 stanby), 2 sludge return pumps (1 main + 1standby), control panel (should have provision for controlling for all pumps), hydrochloride & making all the inlet & outlet connections including connection of sewage outlet pipe to STP inlet, connection of blowers & sludge pump with control panel, piping arrangements for aeration & arrangement for sludge return as per the directions of E.I.C.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning (including installation supervision) of FRP base intermediate & treated water storage tank - 50 KL (TWST -50 or equivalent) with inbuilt standard man holes & manhole covers, making internal leak-proof pipe connections inside the package STP tank, with provision of inlet, outlet, vent & blower pipe within the tank making all the inlet & outlet connections including piping arrangement from STP to treated storage system as per the directions of E.I.C.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of sintax Tertiary treatment plant (PSF, ACF & chlorine dosing system) consisting of multi grade filter, activated carbon filter, 2 feed water pumps (4-5 HP) (1M+1S) & Treated water pump (2M +2S) to supply treated water to residential buiding of height 26.90 meters , hypochlorite dosing system with inbuilt standard man holes & manhole covers, making internal leak-proof pipe connections inside the package STP tank, with provision of inlet, outlet, vent & blower pipe within the tank making all the inlet & outlet connections as per the directions of E.I.C.

Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Aluminium conductor armoured electric cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 PART-I with upto date amended complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Supply of 30 W LED street light fitting with 1000 mm long single cross arm with High pressured Die Cast Aluminium / standard alloy housing having system lumen output not less than 3300 lumens and system efficacy of not less than 110 lumens per watt, CCT from 5700K to 6500K, IK07 & complete with electronic driver and accessories etc. suitable for outdoor applications with min. IP 65, complete as required, as per technical specifications.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc.

Installation ,Testing, Commissioning of wall bracket /ceiling fittings of all sizes and shapes containing upto two GLS/CFL/LED lamps per fitting, complete with all accessories including connections etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing alongwith existing surface / recessed conduit / submail wiring / cable as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required.(But without MCB / RCCB / Isolator)

SH-II : CIVIL WORKS

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil

Providing & laying crushed stone 2.36 mm to 12.5 mm size all around the STP tanks & deadmen as per the direction of E-I-C.

( Payment shall be made for compacted thickness ).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately . In case the cement content in design mix is more than 1 10% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory made laminated veneer lumber door shutter conforming to IS : 14616 and TADS 15:2001 (Part B), including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, all complete as per directions of Engineer in- charge and panelling with panels of : 12 mm thick plain grade -1, medium density flat pressed three layer particle board FPT - I or graded wood particle board FPT- I, IS : 3087 marked, bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS : 848 :

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete : 150x10 mm.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. door latches conforming to IS:5930 with screws etc. complete :250x20x6 mm

SH-III: SUPPLY OF CHEMICALS

Supply of 20 kgs bucket of eco friendly , non-flammable chemicals (PAC, Hypochlorite, etc.) shall be capable of reducing COD, BOD , TDS, hardness and obnoxious gases like Ammonia, H2S in wastewater tanks of Sewage Treatment Plant complete as required.

SH-IV: POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD APPROVAL & LICENSING

Approval from pollution board at initial and various stages of works i/c. preparation of reports/drawings as per pollution control board requirements & arrangements of RAW Sewage for Testing & Commissioning. Contractor shall i/c. the commissioning & the cost of such items of works, which are not explicitly mentioned above, but or mandatory to have pollution board approval.

SH-V: OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE (After actual date of completion of work)

Annual Operation and Maintenance of 100 KLD Package Sewage Treatment Plant based on MBBR Technology as per specifications and conditions attached to provide uninterrupted power supply and deputing man power round the clock (in one shifts per day) including attending complaints/faults/breakdowns to ensure serviceability, preventive maintenance, upkeeping maintenance records/documentation and providing consumables, tools and plants etc., on all working days including Sundays and Holidays complete as required.

Providing Comprehensive maintenace contract (Starting from the actual date of completion of DLP) for 100 KLD PSTP inclusive of providing Quarterly maintenece visit from OEM (Once in a three month), attending breakdown as and when required, , lab testing & Sampling and analyzing the parameters like: COD, BOD, TSS, Oil & Grease and pH from NABL Lab and report to be submitted to client.
