M&L for cleaning of blocked / chocked CI/SGSW pipe sewage line of 100 mm dia from WC to gully trap, manhole or from cleaning eyes etc n.exc 1.50m in depth (from top of manhole to bottom of pipe line) by rodding or by mechanical means and well flushing the complete line including removing of sludge / waste to low lying areas within 200 m distance and burried the same properly in ground to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers in cement mortar (1:4) as and where required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of excavation of trenches, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil as required deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking off covers of septic tank/cess pool/soak well/manholes etc and removing the sludge/spoil including loose dirty stones etc with the help of combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum) type machine mounted on vehicle and having facilities of high pressure of water thermoplastic fibre blended water jetting house and through conical/round shape nozal pipe and re-fixing of manhole covers in cement mortar (1:4) including removal of sludge/spoil etc outside MD land to a distance not less than 1500 mtr and thrown away in low lying area or burried in ground complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of excavation of trenches, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil as required deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm in deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including cutting and removing grass, bushes, small plants etc surrounding septic tank, soakage well and manholes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.50 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for manholes, sewage lines, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking of SGSW/AC/RCC drain pipes of 150mm dia, set in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm internal dia SGSW drain pipe, grade `A', laid in trenches & jointed in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in manhole covers and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole covers including necessary form work and set in position in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT steel reinforcement bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 22.00 here in before but 6 to 8 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manhole for connecting new 150mm dia drain pipe, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manhole manually including getting out sludge/waste from manhole n.exc 1.50m deep and well flushing after cleaning, removing sludge/waste to low lying area, clearing mouth of inlet and outlet pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 26.00 here in before but depth of manhole exc 1.5 m and n.exc 3.00 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, copings, lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth cources, string cources, lacing cources, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in hight, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly, rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks in cement mortar (1:6), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick work, concrete surfaces or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement motar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separetaly at supply only under relevant item of BOQ.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound of approved quality all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, fillin and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path and the like including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of shaft portion in OTM accns of any size by removing all garbage, sludge, wastes etc and throwing away in low lying area as and where directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 100/75 mm dia AC, CI, PVC soil, waste and vent pipes of any description and fixed/laid in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls or laid in trenches and floors complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Necessary ladder/scaffolding upto four storied buildings deemed to be included in the unit rate.
