Operation & Maintenance of E&M installations in AAI Residential Colony and other ancillary Buildings in carved out area as per the Inventory & Scope of Work by deploying man power in 3 shifts and General shift (each of 8 hrs.) as detailed in General & Special Condition of Contract involving repair, attending complaints / faults / breakdown and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working of the systems, preventive maintenance, maintaining of records / documentation etc. on all days including National Holidays and Sundays as required.

Carrying out work as per CPWD DSR E& M 2018 Electrical as and when required. (the bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to Rs. 2,00,000/-(E/x GST) )

Supply of 9W LED B22 / E 27 Lamp , Cool White / Warm White as per requirement

Supply of 18W LED tube light fitting Cool White as per requirement

Supply of 30 W ±10% energy efficient LED street light luminaire suitable to operate on 240 V, 50 Hz AC complete as per specification & as required.

Stepped type electronic fan regulator piano type (Suitable for existing type and make)

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of following capacity of split AC including repair / replacement of defective components by providing all necessary consumables & spares, carrying preventive and routine maintenance, maintaining records etc. complete all as required. The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specification, terms & conditions of contract. upto 2 Ton Split AC Units First Year

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of following capacity of split AC including repair / replacement of defective components by providing all necessary consumables & spares, carrying preventive and routine maintenance, maintaining records etc. complete all as required. The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specification, terms & conditions of contract. upto 2 Ton Split AC Units Second Year

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of storage type water coolers of various capacity (upto 80 Ltr) including repair / replacement of defective components such as compressor, gas charging and other accessories by providing all necessary consumables & spares, carrying preventive and routine maintenance, maintaining records etc. complete all as required. The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specification, terms & conditions of contract. First Year

Dismantling of Following capacity Split type air-conditioners units including dismantling of indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant pipe, drain piping arrangements without any damage, without leak of refrigerant gas, etc. complete as required 1.5 Ton/ 2 Ton Split AC Units

Re-installation of Following capacity Split type air-conditioners units with existing refrigerant piping including mounting of indoor and out door units, new drain piping arrangements, charging of refrigerant gas, insulation of refrigerant piping with extended polyethylene / PVC piping etc. complete as required 1.5 Ton/ 2 Ton Split AC Units

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of refrigerant piping including insulation, PVC protection piping for suction and discharge line for split AC Units of capacity 1.5 TR/ 2.0 TR complete as required.

Rewinding, repairing and overhauling of following types of fans by using suitable gauge enamel copper wire, backing, oiling, greasing, assembling, testing, to & fro transportation etc. as required. i/c less for dismantle wire. Ceiling fan upto 1400 mm.

Supply of fan blades of up to 450 mm size of Exhaust / Pedestal / Wall Mounted fans:

Lifting and lowering of upto 30 HP capacity Submersible Pump set from the bore well up to 400 feet depth. Job includes dismantling of the G.I. pipe, water proof cable, assembling and reinstalling the new/ repaired submersible pump set complete as required. upto 30 HP

Complete, repair, servicing and overhauling of upto 30 HP capacity Submersible Pump set of all makes/ models/ stages including repair and replacement of all type of all defective/ worn-out internal parts complete as required. upto 30 HP

Complete rewinding and servicing of upto 30 HP capacity Submersible Motor set. Job includes transportation of motor, dismantling and rewinding with the same gauge insulated copper wire including replacement of all internal defective. worn-out parts, assembling, testing etc. as reqd. i/c less for dismantle wire. upto 30 HP

Supply & fixing of 3"/ 80mm diameter uPVC column pipe heavy duty along with top & bottom set, clamp Pump guard set, couplings, glue solvent, complete with all accessories as required.
