DEMOLITION AND RECONSTURCTION

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide n exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and gettting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5m but n exc 3.0 m depth for foundation and gettting out in soft /loose soil as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and diposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8)type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation,filling and mass concreteetc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge..

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate )in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; base for coloumns etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for RCC M-25 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Use and waste of form work to rough finished side of concrete foundation, footing bases of coloumn, rafts, raft beams and side and soffits of foundation and plinth beam similar work vertical batter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to face of walls, retaining walls and similar work including attached pilasters buttresses etc vertical or to batter flat and fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for mild steel ( TMT) reinforcement bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire(aneealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

All as per Item No 8 above but 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers or binder complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other,or screwed other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut & length of bolt exc 15cm and n. exc 22.5cm length and dia of neck 16 to 20mm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railing; framedwork of water tanks and similar work confirming to FE-290 Gde-E-165 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and staining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including, securing or typing at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&F for framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 using portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges stops, handmade sliding bolts etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on new plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces of any description not otherwise dexcribed over 10 cm width or girth all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints laid in trenches of in floor of 75mm dia fix as in weep holes all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for broken glass coping in cement mortar (1:3) 20mm thick and glass n. Exc 14 Kg/Sqm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for galvanised steel punched type concertina coil of 610 mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched with weight 10 kg/coil and average coverage area is 8 RM/coil) and fixed to angle iron post/struts with 3.15 mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply ad fix plain aluminium sheeting, alloy 31000 H4, 0.71 mm thickness for fixing at crumple joint complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil exceeding 250m not exceeding 500 and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25 cm in any type of soil

Taking down old concertina coil 1050 mm dia wire.

Taking down galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining etc. (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in CM or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removing debris to a place exc. 1.5kms and n. exc. 5 km outside MD land all as specified

Seprating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (demolition of concrete measured seprately) all as specified and directed

RAISING HEIGHT OF EXISTING WALL

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides & soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors & beams, etc. Fair finished surfaces of concrete flat

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers,columns, and stanchions Rough finished surfaces of concrete Circular on plan all as directed.

M&L RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded aggregate in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as directed.

M&L RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded aggregate in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span all as directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

S&F posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

S&F of steel galvanised punched type concertina coil 800mm dia when stretched with 80 nos of clip with weight 15.6Kg/coil and average coverage area is 6.00RM per coil

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of cement based all as specified and as directed

S& F mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut but length bolt one side embeded in concrete posts etc complete to fix fencing wire dia of shank 11 to 15mm,but length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long complete.

NOTE: Amount of credit of Rs. 811245.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in schedule of credit on Srl Page No. 29 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
