Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required:-In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works, all complete.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:-

Providing and fixing glazing of approved quality in aluminium doors, windows, ventilator, shutters and partition etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) :- 16.3.1 With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness ( weight not less than 10.0 kg / sqm )

Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made of solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 60mm width & 30mm thickness and shall be fixed to wall as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge using 100x8 sheet metal CSK screws. fasteners to be paid for separately) :-For fixed portion of approved quality:-Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Providing and fixing plain Multipurpose Cement board (High Pressure steam cured) as per IS : 14862 : 2000 with suitable screws for fibre cement board in ceiling etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. (frame work to be paid separately) : 11.26.1 6 mm thick cement board

Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of false celling partition etc sawn and put up in position soft wood.

Providing and laying 1st class quality vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge 25 mm dia. nominal bore

Providing and fixing C.P brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS 8931 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing C.P brass stop cock (concled) of stardard design and approved make forming to IS:8931. 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps,32 mm C.P. brass waste ofstandard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the wallswherever require :White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap.
