Carrying Out Miscelleneous Civil & Allied Electrical works at HBL Patna Officer as per below description:

FOUNDATION OF DG SET: Construction of a foundation measuring 3 m x 1.5 m by excavating to the required dimensions. The process includes providing over-burnt bricks for edge soling (125 mm) on compacted earth at a depth of 500 mm from the natural ground level (NGL), laying a 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (PCC) layer with a mix ratio of 1:2:4, and constructing a 200 mm thick reinforced cement concrete (RCC) layer with a mix ratio of 1:1.5:3. The RCC layer should include top and bottom meshes made of 8 mm diameter bars spaced at 200 mm centers in both directions, as per the attached drawing or the direction of the Engineer in Charge. The rate includes the costs of masons, labor, curing, removal of paver blocks for excavation, scaffolding, and all other aspects to complete the work comprehensively & successfully.

ACRYLIC EMULSION PAINT (Interior Grade): Providing and Applying 2 Coats ( First Coat with Brush and Final Coat with Roller) of Acrylic Emulsion Paint of Approved Make (Asian Luxury Emersion) and Shade on all Surfaces and Heights to give an even shade including Primer and Full Putty (J K Cement / Birla White) after thoroughly brushing the Surface Free from Mortar Dropping and other Foreign Matter and also including Preparing the Surface Even and Sand Papered Smooth etc., All Material and Labour Complete. General Specifications/Guidelines as applicable to be followed.

CHIPPING & REPAIRING OF WALL: Chipping and repairing of the old wall design with full putty (JK Cement/Birla White) after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove mortar droppings and other foreign matter. This includes preparing the surface to be even, sanding it smooth, and ensuring all materials and labor are provided to complete the work in all respects.

SUPPLY OF CABINET: Supply and fabrication of a cabinet using 19 mm thick standard plywood, with 0.8 mm mica of approved make on the top and sides, and standard mica on the inner surfaces, as per the attached drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes all necessary fittings such as screws, channels, handles, Fevicol, Hitex, etc. The cabinet consists of a door in the lower section and an open box in the upper two sections. (Rectangular cabinet with dimensions: L = 1000 mm, W = 450 mm, H = 1600 mm).

MODULAR DOORFRAME: Supply and fabrication of a doorframe using 19 mm thick standard plywood, with 0.8 mm mica of approved make on the top and sides, as per the attached drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes all necessary fittings such as screws, channels, Fevicol, Hitex, etc. Door size: 2.0 m x 0.75 m.

SIDE TABLES: Supply of side tables made of 19 mm thick standard plywood, with 0.8 mm mica of approved make on the top, sides, and inner surfaces, as per the attached drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes all necessary fittings such as screws, channels, Fevicol, Hitex, etc. Side tables of approximate dimensions: L = 500 mm, W = 500 mm, H = 510 mm.

MODULAR TV WALL FRAME: Supply and fabrication of a wall-mounted TV frame using 19 mm thick standard plywood, with 4 mm veneer of approved make on the top and bottom, and standard veneer on the inner surfaces of the box, as per the attached drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes all necessary fittings such as screws, channels, Fevicol, Hitex, etc. U-shaped design with dimensions: L = 1800 mm, W = 350 mm, H = 1500 mm. Partitions and boxes shall be provided as per the attached drawing.

MODULAR TV WALL FRAME: Supply and fabrication of a wall-mounted TV frame using 19 mm thick standard plywood, with 0.8 mm mica of approved make on the top and bottom, and standard mica on the inner surfaces of the box, as per the attached drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes all necessary fittings such as screws, channels, Fevicol, Hitex, etc. Cuboid-shaped design with dimensions: L = 1500 mm, W = 350 mm, H = 400 mm. Partitions and boxes shall be provided as per the attached drawing.

MODIFICATION IN LIGHTING ARRANGEMENT: Supply and installation of electrical copper wire (1.5 sq. mm) of approved make (Polycab/Havells/Anchor) in the ceiling area, routed under the wall/ceiling. The rate includes drilling, wire covering, chipping of plaster, repairing of the wall/ceiling, and all necessary fittings and switches for ceiling lights.

CEILING LIGHT : Supply and installation of a 15-watt LED light of an approved make (Philips/Havells), as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR OF WARDROBE/CABINET: Repairing of a wardrobe/cabinet by removing old paint/mica and replacing it with new veneer of Century make, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes the removal of existing mica, supply of new veneer of Century make, replacement of all hinges with Godrej make, labor charges for removal and replacement, painting with two coats of white enamel paint, and replacement of door handles (8 Nos.), as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

SUPPLY & ERECTION OF WOODEN OFFICE CABINET: Supply and installation of a wooden office cabinet, including the supply of 19 mm and 6 mm plywood, supply and fixing of veneer of Century make, polishing of the entire wooden frame, fixing of 5 focus lights with electrical wiring and connections, and securing the cabinet to the wall as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

WALL PAPER: Supply and Fixing of self-adhesive 3D wallpaper as per approved make of premium quality, colour and design as direction of Engineer-in-charge.

FALSE CEILING: Providing and fixing Gyp board false ceiling with required accessories of APPROVED MAKE including painting with two coats of plastic emulsion paint. 12.5 mm thick 'Gypboard' shall be screw-fixed to the underside of suspended GI grid. GI grid shall be installed as per manufacturer's specifications. GI grid shall consist of ceiling sections (India Gypsum Code no. MF5) at maximum c/c distance 450 mm, Perimeter channel (India Gypsum code no. MF6A), intermediate channels (India Gypsum code no. MF7) at maximum c/c distance 1200 mm. The ceiling sections should be fixed to intermediate channels with connecting clips (India Gypsum code no. ME9).................

EARTH PITS: Providing pipe electrode earthing as per IS 3043 and attached drawing including excavation of depth 3.75 m, supplying and fixing pipe electrode of size 50 mm dia heavy duty (wall thickness 4.5 mm) GI pipe with funnel for wateing, wire mesh, GI flat (50x6 mm) collar joined to pipe using 50x6 mm strip and GI nut bolts with bitumen coating as per drawing, filling the pit with alternate layers of charcoal and salt, back filling, constructing 230 mm thick Brick Masonry chamber 400(length)x400(width)x400 (depth) mm internal size with plastering 10 mm thick and embedded 50 mm dia PVC conduit openings at two places packed with jute soaked in bitumen at the entrances, 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 at the bottom of chamber, providing CI cover with CI frame in hinge arrangement covering full opening,................

CHEMICAL EARTHING: Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of complete set of Chemical Earthing. Description / Specifications of items – i) Copper Bonded Electrode – - Diameter 76 mm (approx.) - Length – 03 meter, connected with 50 x 6 mm Pure Copper internal strip with suitable terminal - The portion between pipes and internal strip shall be filled with CCM - Electrode shall be capable of handling 40 KA 1-Sec Short time current - The earthing Electrode shall be supplied with suitable earth Pit Cover. ii) Ground Enhancement Material / Back Fill Compound / Grounding Compound (50 Kg. for each earth pit) – - Ground Enhancement Material / Backfill / Grounding compound shall be permanent and maintenance free. (No re- charging with salts or any other chemicals) and shall maintain its earth resistance with time.............

Supply of 10MM x 4 Cores Unarmoured Copper Cable with PVC Conduit Fitting and its installation. The cable should be POLYCAB/ FINOLEX/ UNIVERSAL/ HAVELS/CCI Make, PVC Conduit should be of ISI make. The job includes supply, laying, fixing and its connection.

Supply of 4MM x 2 Cores Unarmoured Copper Cable with PVC Conduit Fitting and its installation. The cable should be POLYCAB/ FINOLEX/ UNIVERSAL/ HAVELS/CCI Make, PVC Conduit should be of ISI make. The job includes supply, laying, fixing and its connection.
