Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of concrete roof/ fascia, fins surfaces etc. and the like in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including taking down of old rendering complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M & L for providing and laying water proofing treatment on top surfaces of roof after cleaning of roof surface with water and filling of cracks with ceiling compound or polymer modified mortar and dried top surface of roof applying a coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.3 Ltr per Sqm and followed a layer of APP polymer modified five layered water proofing membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 4.oo Kg /Sqm with non woven polyester reinforcement (weight not less than 160 gm /Sqm) of Dr Fixit Torchshield MF-P3160 or equivelent . MAKE : HENSEL Cat No K9502 or equivalent of SCHNEIDER as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing on pole New generration energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light 80W made up of pressure die-cast aluminium housing with high power LEDs as light source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of lK07 with 10kV BUILT-in Surge Protection device including suitable GI bracket , nuts bolts and clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 40 mm bore galvanised steel tubes, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1 : 3 : 6) type C2 using 20 mm graded crusted stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain, foundation for panel and finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC work providing PCC (1 : 2 : 4) type B2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation for panel and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including breaking of old PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sub main wiring with two run of 6.00 sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor including one run of 4.00 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire connected in common earth dolly drawn in PVC rigid non-metallic conduit/existing conduit complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25 mm dia PVC conduit having a wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm with all accessories (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface to its original specification) with all accessories for submain wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (Liquid).

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC/RCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
