Re-construction of damaged bridge at Tanda Kalsian.

Design and Construction of sub structure and super structure of 45 Mtr span (centre to centre) motorable bridge having clear carriageway width of 4.25 Mtr comprising of all components of the bridge i.e. Deep Foundation / Foudation, Abutments, Abutment caps, deck slabs, return/wing walls, approach slab i.e. providing and fixing of appropriate bearings, steel railings, painting of bridge including trench excavation for bridge foundation, dewarting etc. The design of the bridge should be vetted from DIQC/ IIT/ NIT and approved by competent authority. Latest version to be followed in design and soil investigation, sub soil investigation & exploration with all tests and design calculation (complete job)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etcupto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Stone filling hand packed including cost of stones in Horizontal on level

Hand-packing stones in wire-crates; excluding cost of crates but including cost of stones

Providing and laying drain flooring / coping 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Consolidation of subgrade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry spoils etc.and rerolling the subgrade

Supplying and stacking of graded stone aggregate at site of size range. (Excluding Carriage) 63 mm to 45mm
