Supply and fix in reapair plug top 3 pin 16 Amps ISI marked incl taking down old unserviceable plug top complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in 3 core 2.5 sqmm round copper flexible conductor incl taking down old unserviceable wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for checking of proper functioning of geyser of any size including checking of heating element, pressure release valve , connection pipe, etc and registering details all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of geyser of any type/size and carrying out two coat of spray painting with first quality synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour, all as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing of louver shutter made of MS sheet metal 1.2 mm thick for round/square base and 0.8 mm thick for flaps, comprising of mounting legs frames made of MS flat strips of size 25mm x 3mm includidng heavy duty rust proof passivated bolts of size 50 mm long 8 mm dia to be fixed on wall fater driling, and duly painted by two coat of synthatic enamelled paint (spray painting) over a coat of primer for exhust fan up to 450 mm sweep complete all as directed. Note:- (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for the cost of minor items like insulation tape, screws, etc. (ii) The materials required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item. (iii) Complaints will be attended on sundays/holidays also. (iv) Minimum one electrician and one mate shall be detailed for one set of complaints, with all required tools in neat tool bag. (v) The trademen shall wear uniforms with safety shoes incl all necessary safety gear. (vi) Complaints/job cards shall be collected from complaint cell and trade man should submit the feedback of complaints the in two day, if fails to attend the complaint in prescribed time, penality of Rs. 500 per complaint per day will be recovered.
