Tender Ref. No: IOCL/IOAODSO/HR/LT-01/2023-24 1. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 2. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format. 3. The below mentioned rates are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) which shall be payable extra @ 18.00 % as prevailing rate for the said job. SAC Code for the job is 9963. 4. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all materials, manpower, facilities, tools and equipments (other than those provided by IOC) required to carry out the activities as per the Scope of Work-job specification and activities mentioned in the tender. 5. The Contract shall be valid for 3 months initially. The Contract period may be extended for further three months on mutual consent at same rates, terms & conditions. 6. Bidders are advised not to use Information Rights Management (IRM) feature on BoQ and any other excel file submitted during bidding process. IOCL shall not be responsible for any consequential result due to same
