(lnternal) for old walls of interior grade-l with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of proved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and emains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc.,complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforcedwith 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads anduPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (whitepowder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylonrollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screwsetc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at allcorners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage ofwater etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finishedwall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod ofrequired size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing& direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent . Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazedwindows / Ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame andmullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile),uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket,G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plasticpackers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (ifrequired) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixinghardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof siliconsealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, allcomplete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5%tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be acceptedbut no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Fixed windows / Ventilators made of (small series) frame 47 x 50mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ±0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension.

SPECIALISED FIVE LAYER SYSTEM OF WATERPROOFING TREATMENT TO THE TERRACE WITH FOLLOWING SPECIFICATION.

Providing and laying five layer water proofing cum heat insulation treatment (MIX GUARD HR5) over existing roof slab, all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per the following specification: Arresting roof leakage by providing five layer treatment with MIX GUARD HR5 – five layer system of FAB Chemicals or equivalent elastomeric water proofing and heat reflective coating comprising of the following:

A.Surface preparation – Cleaning the whole area with wire brush. Chipping all loose/dead mortar thoroughly. Cleaning the entire area with high pressure water jetting to remove all loose particles/grease/oil/dust/dirt/curing compound etc. Surface cracks must be filled with Mix Build GP and wide cracks must be cut and repaired with Mix build SR polymer modified repair mortar. B) Application of Mix Guard HR5 – five layer system with brush.

1. First layer – MIX PRIME AC-100 Apply base prime coat using Mix Prime AC100 compound which is produced by mixing Mix Prime AC-100 with water and cement at the ratio 2:1:3 (Mix prime AC 100 : water : cement) by volume with a slow speed drill with paddle. This compound shall be applied with sufficient thickness to cover the holes/pores/cracks @ 1 lit/Sqm area (0.35 Lt of MIX Prime AC100/Sqm)

2. Second Layer – MIX MAT GFM 70 / 50 Mix mat GFM70/50 Synthetic fibre reinforced mesh shall be spread on the top of the primer/in mix with Mix prime AC100 in the wet condition and allow to dry for a period of 6 to 8 hours. A minimum overlap of 100 mm to be provided at the joints i.e. at 1.10 Sqm/Sqm. The Mix mat GFM Mesh shall confirm to the technical specification as per the manufacturers data sheet (40 Gram / Sqm as a weight )

3. Third Layer – MIX PRIME AC Apply one coat of Mix Prime AC water based acrylic primer (with undiluted material) over the MIX mat GFM mesh @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm as a water tight primer in white colour and allow to dry for a period of 6 hours.

4. Fourth layer – MIX GUARD HR (Base Coat) Apply one coat of Mix Guard HR acrylic based water proof and weather proof coating in white colour (with undiluted material) @ 0.50 kg/sq.m as a membrane on top of Mix prime AC and allow to dry for a period of 6 hours.

5. Fifth Layer – Mix Guard HR Extra (Top Coat) Apply one coat of Mix Guard Hr Extra acrylic based fibre reinforced water proofing and heat reflective membrane in white colour on top of Mix Guard HR base coat (With undiluted material) @ 0.50 kg/sq.m. And allow to dry the system for period of 24 hours to allow foot traffic.

Note: All the materials namely Mix Prime AC100, Mix Mat GFM70/50, Mix Prime AC, Mix Guard HR and Mix Guard HR Extra shall be procured for the entire work order quantity based on the consumption/coverage area as specified in the specification and shall be ensured by Engineer-in-charge. The Mix Guard HR5 layer system shall be carried out as per FAB Specifications.

SPECIALISED FIVE LAYER SYSTEM OF WATERPROOFING TREATMENT TO THE TERRACE WITH Roofcare-prc 5 Systems or equivalent ( ROOFCARE PRC 5 (Armstrong) / ZORICOAT PFC 5 (PMCC)/ POWER SAC 5 L (EBT)/ WATERSHIELD 5 LWC. a). Ist Layer : Black coloured chemcial treatment : Providng and application of one coat of High bonding, flexible bituminous polyurethane blended bituminous coating with – Roofcare prc 5 systems Confiming to ASTM-G 154 -2000 or equavalent Ist Layer diluting with water at 1 : 1 ratio as a primer coat at a consumption of 200 ml per Sqm. b). IInd Layer : Providing and laying of Fibre Mesh 40 GSM, with 1 Mtr width and 50 mm overlap on the primed surface. c). IIIrd Layer : Grey coloured coating : Providing and application of one coat of Acrylic rubberized elastomeric flexible waterproof grey coating with – Roofcare prc 5 systems ASTM-C 836 or equavalent or equavalent diluting with 50% of water at a consumption of 400 ml per Sqm. d). IVth Layer : white colured coating : Providing and application of one coat of High solid, cold applied, Fibre reinforced acrylic elastomeric waterproof membrane off white coating –Roofcare prc 5 systems Confiming to ASTM-G 154 -2000 or equavalent coating (add the water upto 200ml ) (Consumption of 350ml per Sqm ). e). Vth Layer : super white reflective coating : Application of one coat of 100% pure acrylic solar reflective pure white coating with Roofcareprc 5 systems Confirming to ASTM -C 297 or equavalent solar refective coating diluting with 20% of water (Consumption of 300ml per Sqm ). Note : THE ABOVE TREATMENT WILL BE GUARANTEED FOR 5 YEARS

SPECIALISED POLYSULPHIDE / POLYURETHANE / HIGHBRED ACRYLIC /SEALANT TREATMENT TO THE OLD / EXISTING EXPANSION JOINT IN THE TERRACE, COLUMN, BEAM.

1.Cut and remove the existing expansion joint in the screed for a minimum width of 200 mm and a depth of screed ( up to the mother slab) by using diamond disc cutting machine and dispose the debris as per the department instruction. All elevated kerb wall both sides of the expansion joint along with the top free laying slab, cover etc as per the site conditions under the scope of the main contractor / client. 2.Remove the existing filling for a minimum depth of 40 mm using sharp knife (approximate size 25x 40 mm) as per the site condition. 3.If the site condition allows to insert backer rod, remove the existing filling for a minimum depth of 70 mm from the top ( the clear filling of sealant should be 40 mm) and insert MixCELL R inside the joint. 4.Clean the surface with air blower up to receive a dust free surface and make sure the surface is sound dry or the moisture content is less than 5 %. 5.Apply one coat of Penetrative Primer MixPRIME SB 300 and allow touching dry.

6.Fill the MixFLEX AC in the joint by using a sealant gun / notch trowel as per site condition up to the required depth and width and allow to dry for a minimum period of 1 day as per the climatic condition. 7.Apply two coat of penetrative sealer coat site mixed primer MixPRIME AC100 - mix with portable water and OP Cement in the ratio of 2:1:3 (Two part MixPRIME AC100 : One Part water : 3 Part OP cement by using slow speed mixer machine with paddle for a period of 2 to 3 minutes up to receive a homogeneous mix) @ 1.000 Liter per SQM in the entire screed removed portion ( vertical and horizontal faces) of 200 mm along with saturated ( saturated with MixPRIME AC100: Water: OP Cement in the ratio of 2:1:1) MixFELT P50 in between the two coats and allow to cure for a period of 6 hours. 8.Do the necessary levelling plastering with cement sand mortar 1:2:4 (6 mm aggregate) screed along with the addition of MixBOND SBR Super and PLAST FIBER 3S as per the following for a minimum thickness of removal. a.Mix the MixBOND SBR Super @ 2 Liter / Bag Cement in the ratio of 1:4 Mortar ( Pre mix the admixture in the portable water for preparing the mortar) b.Add 100 Gram PLASTFIBRE 3S in the above liquid and stirred well with a slow speed drill with paddle.

c.Prepare the cement sand screed in the ratio of 1:2:4 with above prepared liquid for the suitable consistency. d.Necessary curing and drying for a minimum period of 4 days. 9.In wet condition, provide a dummy expansion joint on the top of the screed for a minimum size of 10 x 10 mm by using sharp trowel 10.Apply one coat of Penetrative Primer MixPRIME SB 300 in the entire surface of the dummy joint and allow to touch dry for a period of 30 minutes. Fill the MixFLEX AC in the joint by using a sealant gun / notch trowel as per site condition up to the required depth and width .

Procedure for MixGUARD HR5 Waterproofing System – 500 mm width:: 1.Apply one coat of penetrative sealer coat site mixed primer MixPRIME AC100 - mix with portable water and OP Cement in the ratio of 2:1:3 (Two part MixPRIME AC100 : One Part water : 3 Part OP cement by using slow speed mixer machine with paddle for a period of 2 to 3 minutes up to receive a homogeneous mix) @ 1.000 Liter per SQM as per the porosity of the prepared mother slab by using roller brush / hand brush / Sprayer and allow to dry for a period of 6 to 8 Hrs after the laying of tensile reinforcement mat. 2. Lay the MixMAT GFM70/50 (as per site condition) on the top of MixPRIME AC100 in the wet condition. In such a way place the MixMAT GFM 70/50 on the prepared surface and applied the slurry over also obtain the same technical property.

Note: - 1.No dilution or modification recommended except item no 7,8 and 1 in HR5 System. 2.The all materials should be procure as per the consumption with respect of the work order. 3.The application should be carried out by an approved agency. 4.The contractor should provide 5 years material warrantee from the Manufacturer and 5 year warrantee from the applicator or combined 5.The all civil work such as cutting ( elevated kerb wall with slab), removing cleaning and screed with cement sand and aggregate including all materials and labours should be under the scope of the main contractor / client as per the site condition and our requirement to complete the expansion joint treatment as per the BOQ / Tender document.

Supply and fixing of partitions made of seccolor pre-painted steel (base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58 mm thick ‘D’ quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 GSM). Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be 46x52mm, section for shutter should be 46x46mm, section for mullion should be 46x70mm, section for beading should be 18x25mm and section for middle and bottom rail (Lock Rail and Kick Rail) of size should be 23x130mm. The partition should be panelled with 9mm pre-laminated particle board to a height of 0.91m from the bottom, and remaining height with 5mm thick plain glass With Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM) Gaskets. The sections are to be cut to length, metre joined with corner bracket Centre mullions are to be fixed using mullion cap. Gaskets made of Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM). Corner brackets made of CRCA with zinc phosphate. Mullion caps made of Glass filled nylon. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/masonry wall by means of self expanding screws, and complete for finished item of work.

Fixed Partition with Door of approved make Outer frame section size of 46x52mm, mullion section should be of 46x70mm, fixed beading should be of 18x25mm, section for shutter should be of 46x46mm and section for middle & bottom should be of size 23x130mm

Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) - Grade M15 using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cms thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Flooring with Antiskid of Non-skid red or white full body Ceramic floor tiles of size 450 x 450 mm and thickness between 7-8 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designsfloor tiles 1st quality of all series & shades (as per manufacture specification), set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including white cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.30 kgs per sq.m. jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials like flooring slab, cement, sand and water etc., complete, for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

Providing and fixing flooring with full depth jointing and pointing to the Vitruified / Ceramic tiles floorong in Specified thick for tiles of any sizes with epoxy emolsion grout/ Synthic / resin adhesive in width of 3-5 mm with Nylon spacer excluding cost of tiles.

Providing weather proof course with Screeding concrete in CC(1:2:4), 25mm average thickness using 6 to 10mm nominal size HBG crushed metal chips, screeding duly embedding 24G chicken mesh with necessary overlap etc.., and finishing the surface neatly and rounding the edges at parapet walls, columns etc., including cost of chicken mesh, including cost of all materials and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed during execution.
