Notes:- 1. The scope of subject work is to repair and rectify all day to day complaints/ misc maintainence works in scattered ORA area. The sites will be made availabe to the contractor as per the complaints received/ repair works required during the currency of work, hence sites will be handed over according to complaints received/ repair works required. 2. The Contractor is required to attend all the complaints despite of number of complaints given on each day for the entire duration of contract, contractor or his authorised person is required to collect the day to day complaints from MES complaint cell and submit the same to MES after completion of the complaints duly signed by user, the rates quoted will be inclusive of all conveyance required for collecting complaints and all works specified in schedule. 3. All critical complaints related to water supply and complaints which pocess safety hazards to occupants has to be rectified within 24 hours of receipt of complaints, in case the complaints are not rectified within due time contractor shall submit in writting to Engr in Charge with valid reasons/justifications for the delay in rectifying such critical complaints within 02 days, otherwise a recovery of Rs.500 per complaint shall be recovered from the contractor. 4. All U/S items/debris etc shall be disposed off outside INA area, contractor shall arrange suitable dumping yard/area at his own cost and no extra payment shall be made for the same. Recovery of Rs 5000/Per load will be made if debris/u/s items are found dumped inside INA area.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x 7mm thick in vertical surfaces of stone/brick wall, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10mm thick backing coat plaster in CM 1:3 including dismantling existing tiles alongwith cement mortar backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured anti skid ceramic tiles, 7mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colouring pigments to match the shade of the tile laid over 5mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing tiles alongwith cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured anti skid ceramic tiles, 7mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.36 Sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colouring pigments to match the shade of the tile laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured anti skid ceramic tiles, 7mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colouring pigments to match the shade of the tile laid over 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 including taking down of existing plaster and hacking the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters to existing door frames made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides.
