Repair to plaster in Staff qtrs, IQ and Compopund wall of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of Cement mortar (1:3), including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairs to cracks in walls of staff qtrs, IQ and Compopund wall & wherever necessary with C.M.(1:3) (1 Cement :3 sand) after widening the crack in v shape,cleaning and reparing the surface as directed including supply of all materials,labour, tools,plants,curing etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Replace/Renewing Glass panes 4mm thk. with teak wood beading, brass nails, putty, all material, labour, tools & plants etc complete.(all windows & ventilators) as directed and cost of supply of all materials.labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old door/window fittings in staff quarters and wherever necessasary with approved quality of aluminium fitting and brass screws including supply of all labours,materials,tools & plants etc complaete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of 200 mm alluminium door tower bolt including screw, all material, labour, tools & plants etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of 150 mm alluminium windows tower bolt including screw, all material, labour, tools & plants etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of 100 mm alluminium Door/Window handle including screw, all material, labour, tools & plants etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting to on exterior painted wall surface with 2 coats of Acrylic smooth exterior paint of approved quality and colour( Berger Luxol Higloss/Asian paint Apcolite) in alternate bands after scrapping ,removing the worn out paint , cleaning, preparing the surface at all heights all as per standard specifications and as directed including supply of all materials,scaffolding/Bosom Chair/Ladder/Safety Belts, labours, tools, rope, etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be Included). as directed and cost of supply of all materials.labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Second class teak wood )

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, including panelling , all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be not paid separately)Second class teak wood 35 mm thick shutters. as directed and cost of supply of all materials.labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc.

Replacement of playwood sheet 12mm thick of approved brand after removing old/damaged playwood sheet from wooden cot and seating portion of chair including fitting in position properly and as irected including supply of all materials,labours,tools and plants etc.complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture ( Asian/ Berger) to give an even shade : two or more coats on old/new work for Door & window with grill and compound wall grill as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings, and all other charges etc. completefor all height.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick Granite gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for flooring ,Riser with nosing ,Tread, sides dado wall/skirting with two parallel groove ,landing and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite of any colour and shade area of slab over 0.50 sqm for all height.including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings, and all other charges etc. complete all height of LH Tower.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed linning wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in wall, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling & Taking out damaged doors,window,CB and clerestory windows(steel or wood ),shutters including chowkhats/frames, architrave, holdfast and stacking within 50 metres lead including cost of all materials,labours,tools ,plants, and all other charges etc complete for abondoned staff qtrs (at Dwarka LH Station) & as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Polishing with touch wood/french polish of approved brand ( Asian/ Berger) on newly polished wood & wood based surface to give an even surface after throughly brushing the surface with sand paper,scrappers to remove all dirts spots loose pieces of scales cleaning ,preaparing the surface and filling the holes by with wood filler etc.including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings, and all other charges etc. completefor all height as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of 100mm dia glazed stoneware pipes class SP-1 line in place of brocken and damage stoneware pipeline of approved quality including required excavation.laying and joining with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:1 (1 cement : 1 fine sand) including testing of joints etc.as directed and cost of supply of all materials.labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required:White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests. as directed and cost of supply of all materials.labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc.complete.
