Laying of 4 core S0 sq. mm. XLPE/PVC insulated aluminium armo ured cable on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot dip) wire, making holes etc. as necessary, mending good damages and painting. (From normal busbar to main switch for X-Ray machine)

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Make: Finolex/Polycab/RR Kabel) in 20 mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' ( Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required.

2 x 84/0.3 (6 sq. mm) + 1 x 56/0.3 (4 sq. mm) ECC (HTPN OB to SPN DB for UPS)

2 x 56/0.3 (4 sq. mm) + l x 36/0.3 (2.5 sq. mm) ECC ( HTPN DB to AC)

2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sq. mm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sq. mm) ECC (SPN DB for UPS to power boards)

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets & insulated tapes etc., incl. supplying sockets, tapes.

Distrib ution wiring in 2 x 22/ 0.3 (1.5 sq. mm) single core stranded 'FR' P\*C insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Finolex/Polycab/RR Kabel/) in 20 mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision mal‹e), with 1 x 22/’0.3 (1.5 sq. min) singl e core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wi re for ECC, to light/tan/call bell points with piano key type switch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board cum JB on wall cont piete with 2 nos. suitable size “Ph & N” copper bar incl uding bal‹e1ite/perspex (wall matching color) top cover 3 mm thick and incl. (175 x 100 x 65) mm inspection box, malting earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish. (Single tube light: 04 + ceiling fan: 02 = Total 06 nos. of points)

S & F (240 x 200 x 65) mm MS (16 SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3 mm thick by brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required.

Supplying & fixing 240 V, 20 A plug socket with separate 20 A piano key type switch (Anchor) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall including S & F (150 x 100 x 65) mm MS (16 SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3 mm thick by brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 2S mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.
