`Construction of MPS for 60.00 MLD STP at Devinagar. Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of MPS and following components: a) RCC Inlet chamber, screening chamber, collecting tank, wet well sump suitable for 60 MLD average flow with peak factor 2.25 including Providing and installing 6 No. (4W plus 2S) non clog sewage submersible pump sets of 25000 LPM (1500 m3/hr), Head - 20.00 M each equipped with VFD and suitable LT panel boards, all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank and suitable size submersible cable from LT panel to pumps complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. b) K9 DI pipe of suitable dia at MPS including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked D.I. fittings, Knife gate valves, non return valves as per requirements even for bye-pass arrangements along with necessary Knife gate valves etc. complete in all respect. c) 9 Nos. CI Gear Operated motorized Sluice Gate thimble face wall mounted as per IS 13349 with SS Spindle (SS 304) and seats (SS 304) (3 Nos. for screens at Upstream and Downstream, 2 Nos. at Distribution chamber and 1 no. for partition of collecting tank) as per design. d) Supply and installation of 3 Nos. mechanical coarse screens (2W plus 1S) suitable for for 60 MLD average flow with peak factor of 2.25 complete in all respect along with screw conveyor. e) Entire infrastructure including construction of 2 No. staff quarters of 61.00 Sqm area each. Laying of 600 mm DI K-9 Rising main, 1400 mtr in length, Boundary wall, path ways / roads and work covered under Schedule - (HSR - Items) required to be executed at site to make the MPS and STP functional is included in the scope of work. f) Providing and laying of 1200 mm RCC NP-3 with HDPE liner gravity main from Chlorination Tank to Ambala Drain for Disposal of Treated effluent of 60.00 MLD. g) All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS and STP site through broadband internet facility. h) Raw sewage will be available near boundary wall within the premises of proposed STP but the conveyance of sewage through 1200 mm RCC pipe NP-3 with HDPE liner from this terminal point to the receiving Chamber of the MPS is included in the Turnkey contract. i) The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural/ Hydraulic / Mechanical/ Electrical design to be approved by Departmental before actual execution of work. Providing and Installation of 3 No. (2W plus 1S) Pumping sets i.e 2500 LPM (150m3/hr) with 20.00 M Head each with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) as per specification and suitable sizes of LT Panel equipped with all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank and submersible cable complete in all respects as per satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The above items includes 11 years defect liability period cum operation and maintenance period. `

`Construction of Intermediate Pumping station of 7.00 MLD in the campus of existing IPS of 3.00 MLD on Manakpur road. a) Design, Construction, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of proposed Pumping Station of 7.00 MLD in the campus of existing Intermediate Pumping station of 3.00 MLD on Manakpur road complete with Inlet Chamber, Screen Chamber, Rectangular Tank of size 10.00 m x 6.60 m x 1.83 m SWD suitable for 7.00 MLD with peak factor of 2.25, Land scaping, Providing and Installation of 4 No. (3W plus 1S) Sewage Submersible pumps of 4200 LPM (250M3/Hr), with 20.00 m Head each with variable frequency drive (VFD) as per specification of suitable size, LT Panel equipped with all safey devices automatic capacitor bank and submersible cable from LT Panel to pump includng laying of 600 mm DI K-9 Rising main of 1400 mtr length ( Pipe will be supplied by the Department) from IPS 7.00 MLD to MPS of 60.00 MLD complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. i) Supply and installation of 2 Nos. (1W plus 1S) Mechanical course screens for 7.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 2.25 at Manakpur. 4 Nos. CI Gear Operated motorized Sluice Gate thimble face wall mounted as per IS 13349 with SS Spindle (SS 304) and seats (SS 304) (2 Nos. for screens at Upstream and Downstream) as per design. ii) The connecting Rising main / Sewer of same diameter and material of construction, laid at adequate depth between existing sewers to newly constructed structures is included in this scope of work. iii) All the infrastructure including 1 No. Pump chamber of 9.15 x 4.57 m and 1 No. Staff quarter of 61.00 Sqm but excluding Pathways / roads required to be executed at site to make the IPS functional is included in the scope of work for lump sump job. iv) All the pumping machinery including supplying and installation of Diesel Generating set of 125.00 KVA and Transformer of 200.00 KVA, panel board, Level sensor etc. shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS and STP site through broadband internet facility. v) The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural / Hydraulic / Mechanical / Electrical design to be approved by Departmental before actual execution of work. `SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT (60 MLD) AT DEVINAGAR a) Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 60 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including Landscaping, , all other contingent ie. Electrical, Mechanical, Piping and Instrumentation work with PLC and SCADA arrangement for STP integrated with MPS at STP including furniture and laboratory equipments as per detail given in the bid document and following components. b) Supply and installation 3 Nos. (2W plus 1S) fine Screens of suitable size along with screw conveyor for 60 MLD average flow with peak factor of 2.25. c) 8 No. High Mast of 12.50 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness, Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 8 No. LED of 200 W each suitable size, outdoor type energy efficient lamps on each pole. 30 No. LED outdoor light of 72 W with 7 m. high GI pole along road / path including all accessories complete in all respect. d) Supply and installation of 1 No. 6.00 m wide x 1.80 m height Sliding Main Gate of MS and 1.25 m. wide wicket gate at STP, Outer frame with 5 mm and Internla frame pipes of 4 mm to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Total weight not less than 500 kg). e) Providing and installing 2 No. Belt Filter Press (1Working plus 1 Stand bye) including Belt Filter Press feed pump, all fittings, instrumentation, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect and the same shall be disposed off as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within 10 KM radius. `The above items includes 11 years defect liability period cum operation and maintenance period.

`Deisel Generating Set Designing, Supply and erection of DG set of capacity given below with noise controlled devices acoustic of suitable rating, testing and commissioning of diesel generating set, radiator cooled, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles 415 plus (-)1% volts AC alternator coupled directly through a set of flexible coupling on a common MS fabricated base frame with diesel engine complete with suitable size incoming cable from generator to change over/AMF panel, making 2nd incoming cable connection from transformer, outgoing cable connection from changeover/ standard panel, making second incoming cable connection from transformer, outgoing cable connection from changeover / STD panel to incomer of motor starter panel, fenced enclosure with platform for DG sets complete as per following detailed scope and specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. 2 No. of 1010 KVA each as per Electric load and specifications annexed ` The above items includes 11 years defect liability period cum operation and maintenance period.

`Re-modeling / Re-construction of Ambala drain in RCC in front of proposed Sewage Treatment Plant of 60.00 MLD of size 9.00 m x 1.80 m, 30 mtr in length. Installation of Coarse screen along with 2 No. CI gear operated open channel sluice gates with SS Spindle (SS- 410 and seats SS-304) for Diversion of Ambala drain towards proposed Silting trap. Construction of RCC Trash Screen Channel (Manual) of size 3.00 x 1.50 x 0.85 m SWD and Silting Trap of size 18.00 x 8.00 x 1.00 m SWD. Providing and laying of 800 mm RCC pipe NP-3 with liner upto proposed MPS complete in all respects as per satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Dismantling of structures of existing 3.00 MLD based on MBBR technology at proposed site of 60.00 MLD Devinagar by mechanical means including Disposal of Dismantled material such as Civil, Electrical and Mechanical equipment`s etc. by the bidder at his own level complete in all respects as per satisfaction of the Engineer in charge The above items includes 11 years defect liability period cum operation and maintenance period.

Replacement of old Pumping Machinery for existing 3.00 MLD IPS on Manakpur road with 5 No. New pumping machinery i.e 1 No. of 4200 LPM (252 m3/hr) plus 2 No. of 1400 LPM (84 m3/hr) plus 2 No. of 700 LPM (42 m3/hr) with 20.00 m Head with variable frequency drive as per specification of suitable size complete in all respects as per satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The above items includes 11 years defect liability period cum operation and maintenance period.

Construction of HT / LT Panel room, PLC room, Centrifuge house, blower room and Lab cum office building including doors window and fitting with toilet block including sanitary fittings etc in 1500 sqm area complete in all respects as per satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The above items includes 11 years defect liability period cum operation and maintenance period.

`f) ONLINE OUTLET EFFLUENT WATER QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM FOR BOD, COD, TSS, PH complete in all respects as per satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. a) Supply erection, testing and commissioning operation and comprehensive annual maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 60.00 MLD STP at Devinagar for online (Continuous) measurement of PH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor signal cables and power cable, local data acquisition and display of data on continuous basis for up linking the data in CPCB, HSPCB and PHED, TUV approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guideline for online continuous monitoring system for influent and effluent and as contained in scope of work. b) Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting upto 18 intelligent sensors scope including 8 analog inputs / Outputs (4inputs and 4 outputs ) o/4-20 Ma), wide range power supply optical COD / BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of the UV- VIS range for measurement in the outlet / effluent of plant of 60.00 MLD STP at Devinagar with integrated with automatic cleaning c) Robust digital pH/ ORP sensor for pH / ORP electrodes, with built in pre-amplifier and temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature compensation (ATC) Cable length 100 Meter (minimum). d) Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors with IP68 water proof connection to intelligent sensors net system Cable length 100 Meter (minimum) e) Data Transfer to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED Servers f) Providing GSM 5G, 4G Modem with mobile network connectivity including network charges. `g) CCTV CAMERAS Providing and installing 24 CCTV Cameras IR including 1 No. PTZ - 20 Cameras for STP and 4 Cameras for MPS complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer - in - charge along with 30 days recording (NVR), 65 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel NVR at STP site and 8 Channel NVR at MPS site with connectors cables, poles and power supply with online real time output facility. The cameras at both the sites i.e MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site complete in all respects as per satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
