Excavation of soil for making of trial hole (Minm. Size 1.1x0.5x1.2M depth) as per instruction of Site Engineer incliding backfilling the excavated soil.

Excavation of soil for formation of cable trench with the excavated soil (Minm. Size 1.1x0.5x1.2M depth) as per instruction of Site Engineer.

Excavation of Soil by Cutting of Metal Road / Cement concrete / Bricks Solling etc. and re-installment of the same

Laying & Dressing of 33 KV 400 sq,.mm 3 core XLPE UG Cable ( UG Cable will be supplied by WBSEDCL)

Supply of kinl-burnt 1st class bricks having proper size & shape suitable for cable protective cover

Laying of bricks

Microtunneling work with laying of HDPE pipe as per instruction of Site Engineer and as per Site condition for laying of UG Cable including Supply of 200 mm diam, PE-100 & PN-10 HDPE Pipes

Making of jointing pit only by the excavation of soil suitable for making of 33kv straight through joint

Making Protective duct for cable joint completed as per WBSEDCL Approved drawing(Ref. Drg. No. PLN(D)/SS/127 dt. 23.06.2018 given in Tendernotice_2)

Making of straight through joint including making of jointing pit of 33KV XLPE 3x400 sq.mm cable with WBSEDCL supplied jointing materials excluding making of "protection duct for cable joint". necessary arrangements for properly covering top and all sides of jointing pits with tarpaulin/ Polythene sheet has to be made at the time of jointing. Also required manpower is to be provided to help the cable jointer for straightening the cable at the joint location and re arrangement of cable loops until completion of jointing and necessary lighting arrangement is to be done if required

Making & fixing of end termination joint outdoor type for 33KV XLPE 3x400 sq.mm cable including fixing of the jointing box at the existing structure and with WBSEDCL supplied jointing materials.necessary arrangements for properly covering top and all sides of jointing pits with tarpaulin/ Polythene sheet has to be made at the time of jointing. Also required manpower is to be provided to help the cable jointer for straightening the cable at the joint location and re arrangement of cable loops until completion of jointing and necessary lighting arrangement is to be done if required

Supply and fixing of G.I pipe medium as per I.S.I. of the follwing size suitble for cable protection G.I pipe 150mm dia. Make TATA

Supply & erection of cast iron cable marker on concrete foundation blocks for straight run, road crossing, joint location etc. as per drawing no. PLN(D)/SS/128 dt. 23.06.2018 (given in Tendernotice_2) & specification & direction of site engineer

Erection of four pole strecture 8mtr pcc pole complete with all fittings after fabrication i.e. Cross Arm / Cross Bracing / Horizontal Bracing / Clamp etc with supply of required quantity of G.I. Nuts, Bolts and washers with hot dip galvanisation comply with IS:4759 and IS:2633( PCC Pole and MS materials will be supplied by WBSEDCL)

Erection of 33kv 400A CR Type Isolator (Isolator will be supplied by WBSEDCL)

Fixing of 42kv L.A ( L.A.will be supplied by WBSEDCL)

Fixing of 33kv Polymer pin Insulator( Pin Insulator will be supplied by WBSEDCL)

Earthing of cable armour by G.I. earth electrode of G.I Pipe 50 mm diameter and 3000 mm length with perforations of 12 mm dia holes@150 mm from each other at right angles along with type top cap & clamp.The clamp shall be 250 mm long, manufactured with 65 x 6 mm G.I flat and the electrode shall be inserted vertically in the bore hole of 300 mm dia in earth and G.I. Flat ( All materials to be supplied by the contractor)
